The trade in process was very poor. The Sales manager actually told me he would give $500 more if I gave him a 5 star review. It just furthers the opinion that car salesman are unethical. Additionally, after being presented with the various accessory options I had to ask specifically about the Ford $500 rebate program. The same goes with the $1,000 cash allowance 3.9% financing program. It seemed that if you didn’t ask you were not getting it. This was the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. Very disappointed in this purchase vs the first one. More
Jerry Johnson was great he was very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Almost everyone else represented your dealership very well. When I told him I do all my own maintenance work, he got grumpy and threatened me, with you can not do all of the work and only Ford could do the work, because of all the computer stuff. I told him that was my profession, as well as vehicle work, He persisted to push, and not accept what I told him. That was disappointing!! We have used Tousley/ AutoNation for our purchases over our lifetime, but I was overall impressed with Luther! More

No inventory available and the salesrep wasn't helpful with suggesting options. I felt like we were wasting his time. He was very nice just not excited about selling us a car. I had an appointment to sign paperwork and still waited for over an hour to get in to financing. Was not offered any benefits for being a repeat customer, no options. Really disappointed.
