But I have a busy & unpredictable schedule, plus leaving the car behind isn't practicle. I had a day open and the folks at Quick Lane were able to take me on the same day I called. In two hours (I was told to expect 1 & 1/2 hrs.) it was done PLUS I got a $70 rebate from Michelin & a $100 Luther Service Card, I got four great michelin tires INSTALLED for less than $200 each. I think that's a bargain and the staff was more than helpful in answering any questions I had. More
Lack of communication Was told service would take about 1 to 1:30 hours. At about 2 hours I walked to service desk and my truck had been ready for a half hour. Nobody came to me in the waiting area to let me know. I had gotten a phone message, but my phone was turned off since I was in waiting area. My service guy had left for the night and his replacement evidently thought it was to tough to walk all the way down to the waiting area to let me know. Why did this happen? More

New car I just bought a new car from North Country Ford and it's been the best car buying experience that I've ever had, and that's saying a lot, because I've I just bought a new car from North Country Ford and it's been the best car buying experience that I've ever had, and that's saying a lot, because I've bought a lot of cars from many different dealerships in the past. Scott Smith is the best sales person that I've ever dealt with and Brett Radde is the best finance person that I've ever dealt with. They both always did what they said they were going to do, which allowed me to actually be able to trust them, which is more than I can say from past experiences at other dealerships. They were both very respectful and never tried to, for a lack of a better term, jack me around, in regards to the price of the vehicle or the monthly payment amount. They were the lowest when it came to the price of the vehicle, down payment needed, and the monthly payment amount, and that was after checking at about 4 other dealerships. I highly recommend going to see both Scott and Brett at North Country Ford for your next car purchase, because you won't be disappointed. More
