Brand new means" lemon" I purchased my brand new car 7 months ago and already there's issues. As I accelerate the car has a hard time changing gears without the car shaking I purchased my brand new car 7 months ago and already there's issues. As I accelerate the car has a hard time changing gears without the car shaking I brought it in to get serviced and I explained to the service person the issues .They had my car for almost 8 hours in which I never received a call, at 7:00pm I finally called them twice just to hear that the mechanic could not find any problems. Four people including my husband experienced the issues while in my car and stated that this is not normal for a car to do this. I'm very disappointed in Ford. I was reluctant to purchase a ford car, but my mother-in-law insisted I buy ford b/c my late father-in-law used to work for ford for 30 yrs. (What huge mistake on my part) My last car I purchased was a used Nissan that was a year old and never had problems like this until it was 10 yrs old. I also have a Mitsubishi SUV and that vehicle is a 2003 and still runs great with no major problems yet to be had. More

New purchase Met "Wally" outside the dealership and we simply asked him to show my wife and I the new Focus cars. We knew we were going to purchase a Focus and had Met "Wally" outside the dealership and we simply asked him to show my wife and I the new Focus cars. We knew we were going to purchase a Focus and had done months of research. Even though we are visiting from Maryland, Wally was very professional, no pressure and knew his products extremely well. The team reassured us they could easily handle any challenges which may occur from buying a vehicle in a different state. If was the easiest purchase of any large item we've ever bought. Excellent customer service throughout the entire dealership. Thank you again and we promise to return to purchase again and am referring others to this dealership. More
Recall Fix I received a recall letter on my Focus. North Country Ford is where I bought my car so that is where I took it for service. NCF took my car right away when I arrived and were finished before I expected them to be. The Service Advisor explained what they had done to upgrade my car and answered all of my questions competely. More
Local Ford Owner - bad service experience Had the 10,000 mile service done. Truck leaked oil when I got home. Filter wasn't tight. Had to clean up the garage floor and the undercarriage. New Tires I came here to get tires only because it was close to my work and I needed to get new tires ASAP.
