North Country for the Win In November of 2016, I went to North Country Ford/Lincoln to see a Jeep I found online. I wasn't intending on making a purchase that day, but I wasn't In November of 2016, I went to North Country Ford/Lincoln to see a Jeep I found online. I wasn't intending on making a purchase that day, but I wasn't ruling it out. My intent was to do my research and make a good decision, which I believe is every buyer's intent. That morning I met Richard Peyton who saw me enter the lot. He was very friendly and forthcoming. He let me explain my car buying expectation and we worked together from there. After conversing for bout 20 minutes, he suggested a test drive, and while I was out he would see how much I could get for my trade in. He was really on my side. The Jeep was everything I wanted, and the test drive just proved it. When I returned, Mr. Peyton gave me a great offer on my truck, which was about $1000 more than 2 other dealerships offered that week. If I purchased the Jeep that day, he also offered some great incentives, like a gas discount at any Holiday gas station with a coupon card that I'd get in the mail, and could re-use for at least a year. Its never easy making a decision to purchase a new vehicle, but I will say, Mt. Peyton made me feel very comfortable, and respected my decision either way. Today I'm a very happy Jeep owner, and I'd recommend this dealership to anyone. Do yourself a favor and consider this dealership for your next vehicle purchase. They also have a very convenient and helpful service department. More

Excellent buying experience I was greeted outside the door by a Richard, a salesman. It was cold out so I was a bit surprised to see him waiting outside. He listened to what I wanted to drive and my financial plans. Then he found vehicles that matched my wants in my price range. I test drove a couple and decided the second was for me. He made the whole process pressure free and answered all my questions. I hadn't really planned on buying a car that evening but am glad I did. I feel I got a great deal and am very happy with my vehicle. Even the finance guy, Andy, was delightful to talk to. More

Express Lane is a joke Went to the Express Lane on 11/30 5:30pm. After an unwelcome greeting I was asked if I could leave the vehicle overnight because they weren't sure if Went to the Express Lane on 11/30 5:30pm. After an unwelcome greeting I was asked if I could leave the vehicle overnight because they weren't sure if they would be able to finish with it that night and it may not be until morning. Really???? I don't believe the term "Express" is used correctly by North Country Ford! There is no reason a person shouldn't be able to arrive at the dealership and get an oil change within a reasonable time. I was told that I should make appointments. I tried that 2 weeks ago and the times available 2 weeks out required me to take time off of work. I don't believe an oil change should be so difficult but it certainly is at North Country Ford. Ironically, I was able to make an appointment for today after work at Roseville Midway Ford. Maybe North Country should take some lessons on customer service from Midway Ford. More
