Started weird but became a great experience! My only complaint is that I was there for 15-20 minutes before I was approached and I was employees walking around. Didn't honor a commitment. At 5000 oil change, service person said my next oil change would be on them because I waited quite a while. Came in for next oil change and mentioned that to service person who I did not work with before and it was not in the computer for free. They talked a little among themselves and it seemed they thought that would be ok. However, when Ryan came to get me when they were done, he said everything looked good and all I had to do was pay the cashier. This stunned me because I assumed it was free. Not happy. Very disappointed. More

Top Notch Service I just lost my 2017 Edge Titanium to an auto accident, and North Country was there to help me find an exact replacement by the time the insurance sett I just lost my 2017 Edge Titanium to an auto accident, and North Country was there to help me find an exact replacement by the time the insurance settlement arrived. With the changes between the two model years, and fact that we really enjoyed what we had in the 2017 version, they were able to come up with an exact match within a day, and had it available on their lot for pickup within two days much to my surprise. Can not name all the names as several worked in background to facilitate this search and transport effort, but the sales team there is fantastic. The very reason I will not go to any other dealer when needing a vehicle. My family and myself have worked with this group for over 6 years now, and between us purchased 7 new vehicles , considering this newest 2018 Edge, and can say that this group is a consistent performer, providing excellent service in every transaction, from finding a new vehicle to providing great service / maintenance when needed.
