Everyone was friendly and accommodating and helped us go through the process rapidly as we were in a tight timeline. Erin met with us a few days later to take a trip and answer questions. My only complaints are with Ford itself, not the dealership. Having an online manual only makes it tough to review items unless you have a passenger or sit in your car and watch it. The online manual does not always match up to what your car looks like. I may need to check out YouTube. More

Delivery went without a concern, ordered X-plan was honored, price was as ordered. Exactly the experience I was hoping for, extended warranty was offered, not required, available accessories were explained, not required, Carrie even installed the plates and connected my phone.
