Good service! Nice people working! Truck had a lot of dog hair in it. Warning lights came on right away after bought. Low windshield washer. Trailer brake error... Nice people working! Made an appointment for service three weeks in advance based on openings. Ten days later they still had not even looked at it. Then was told they ordered parts. Lost another week. On the day they said it based on openings. Ten days later they still had not even looked at it. Then was told they ordered parts. Lost another week. On the day they said it was ready I was told the FCIM was obsolete and not available, which was the main reason I brought it in. The whole time it was poor communication, poor management, and poor service. Had to wait for a wash because the car looked it went through a swamp. They did some brake work but when I got home noticed the brake lights stuck on. Called and emailed but no response. I wouldn't take a go-cart to this dealership for service More
