They had a solid process that made it easy fairly easy and gave me confidence when buying. The only problems came when there seemed to be some confusion when getting the car, such as them not filling it u and gave me confidence when buying. I was very impressed with my salesman Jake Olson. I looked at cars with him on Friday 11-3 and left without making a decision. I came back to North Country Ford the next day to make my final purchase after a long search process that started with the 2023 auto show because of Jake. I ended up visiting 6 other dealerships (Honda X2, Chevy/GMC) during my long search process, including 3 other Ford dealerships. My return was due to the energy that Jake had towards his job and the concern that I felt he had toward me finding the vehicle that fit my needs and my budget.
