I have been very impressed with the service team at this Honda location. Especially the service manager, Angel, made sure that we were taken care of and satisfied the entire time. I have worked with other Honda dealerships with my other Honda vehicles, and by far this is the BEST Honda dealership I have worked with. 5 Star service team for sure. When we purchased the vehicle prior to our service experience I was impressed with how smooth and quickly they made the buying process. Both the sales person and the finance person were very nice and easy to work with, and they went above and beyond to help us. My only issue was that I did feel a bit rushed when trying to determine if this was the right vehicle for our family. I am a bit "old school" and I wanted to drive, touch, and look over the vehicle properly before making a decision. But I completely understand that we had come at the VERY end of the business day and I am sure they needed to get home to their families. But yet they still stayed beyond business hours and helped us make a deal. I also do feel like the price at first was way too expensive. But the financial person was understanding and was able to make us happy while still benefited the dealership in the deal. Overall experience was VERY good! 5 Star Dealership for sure! More
