Very pleased with the customer service they provided, also This was the first time I took my Honda to a Honda Service Center. Recommended by a friend. After the servicing I experienced some noise and they immediately called me back for a review. The fault was on my side with one tire being outdated. They explained me with examples how it affected my driving experience and gave me some in-budget replacement options to go with. Overall, I was very pleased with the service they provided and would continue to get my Car serviced here from now on! More

New tire by reputable chain led to TPMS issues. N Corpus Christi Honda tried software work arounds, kept informed through process, led to a OEM tire being purchased. Since we We want to thank North Corpus Christi Honda, specifically Gilbert R. in Maintenance and the staff that repaired our car and took care of us. Since we were away from home when our car problems occurred we were very concerned with a lot of things in addition to getting our car fixed like transportation. . Once we contacted Honda they eased our concerns. The staff was so professional on all levels. They even provided us a loaner car while our car was in their shop. Thank you Honda North Corpus Christi for making lemonade out of our lemons. we are very thankful for all they did. More
