Excellent service center experience!! I have to say that I've never had such a pleasant experience in getting an oil change and tire rotation at a dealership, much less being taken care of I have to say that I've never had such a pleasant experience in getting an oil change and tire rotation at a dealership, much less being taken care of within an hour. I went in with the hope I could get service done without having set up an appointment and Brooke assured me that it was not a problem at all. I was surprised that, before I knew it, the oil was changed and tires rotated on my Ridgeline and I was on my way. Previous experiences with other dealerships have always left me waiting 2 to 3 hours, which I dont always have time to wait for.
