I got there first thing in the morning and was out of there a little after 9 am, service was great and I didn't notice it at first, but they snapped my front bumper back in place. Previously had bad experience BUT I was pleasantly surprised with Cory. We were able to discuss NY concerns before I took my vehicle over. Informed him what I wanted . As discusseddone. It was refreshing to have someone work with me regarding my car issues. As discussed in prior experience my technician was eager to see me leave so he could flirt with the next customer. I was impressed that I got to talk to Victoria & to Cory's supervisor. Informed them both how impressed I was with his excellent customer service. Looking forward to working with him & giving this location a second chance. It is rare to find good customer service at this time. Very impressed!! More
