Auto World Mitsubishi has a fabulous process to purchase a car. I entered a quote request on the internet then Michael Dorenkott contacted me to inform that the car I was looking for was due in soon. Pedr a car. I entered a quote request on the internet then Michael Dorenkott contacted me to inform that the car I was looking for was due in soon. Pedro Rodrigues then contacted me to provide the vehicle details a together with Michael answered my questions and provided quotes for both lease a purchase. I got a notice the day it arrived a when I visited the showroom, which looked newly remolded with very friendly and supporting folks, I was able to see the vehicle get my expected trade in value and work out a very good agreement to purchase. Jon was completed the loan paperwork with clear explanations for each document. We then left in a newly washed car with full tank and a handshake from Pedro with the assuring words “let us know if you need anything, we’re here to help”. This was a great team in a great facility. 5 Stars! More

I was sold a vehicle with a very minim Car salesman Ameer was disrespectful, rude and dishonest! I wouldn’t recommend Autoworld Mitsubishi to anyone. I was sold a vehicle with a very minimal inspection performed but told it was serviced at high standard. Once I took the vehicle to get my own inspection the vehicle revealed lots of mechanical issues. Then the salesman told me he did me a “favor” by getting me financed! This dealership put tires on a used car, changed the oil and performed a detail and called this a top tier inspection! I’m not done with Autoworld Mitsubishi your business should be more than about making a sale. More
