What a high pressure sales push for the warranty and gap insurance, this is where they make their money and get angry if you decline it. Car was priced fair enough but they try to inflate the price 20 perce insurance, this is where they make their money and get angry if you decline it. And all your company had to say was that " it's a used car " because the bank already made payment to you. we had to pay over $4000 out of pocket in repairs on the car. So yes! you guys screwed us over. More
