They'll try to pressure you into just signing papers without explaining anything. They don't answer questions, they have attitudes randomly as if it's a bother that they have to actually do what they promise to. Then let you test drive a car that you asked and it's out of your budget, but they won't mention that until after you've driven it. Scammers. They also don't answer your phone calls or text after they took hours to respond telling you they sold the car you were coming back in to purchase. Unprepared. More

I don’t know what to say. This place seem like a good place to come to for a car judging by the review but after dealing with them. I’m not sure if the review was completely honest. My first alert wa place to come to for a car judging by the review but after dealing with them. I’m not sure if the review was completely honest. My first alert was when I was told I was approved. The sales reps didn’t tell me how much the loan was approved till it was time to sign paperwork. Even when I asked about their were dismissive. They the reps didn’t ask what kind a car I’m looking for. They just brought me a car that they thought they can push off on me. This made me unhappy, when they realized I wasn’t going to settle just for anything they then started to ask what I’m looking for within a car. After finally finding a car I like and after being there for three hours already it was time to go over the cost of it all. They sales rep didn’t know how much the car was, didn’t know my monthly payment. They had to go and keep asking the questions I was ask them. After asking these questions they return with you’re going to like the payments we going to give you. Still not telling me the amount. At this point I’m like whatever. Get to the paperwork with the financial office that when all my questions was got answered. Now if I didn’t like the car nor the payments I would of wasted six hours of my time when it could of been a simple fix if there sales reps knew what to do and say. After getting the car, not even three day in the car the check engine light came on. Brought it back up to them and I was told they never did an inspection on the car. Like they didn’t check anything oil change wasn’t done, tune up wasn’t done, seeing if everything was check to see if it’s running as it should. I should of took the signs of other ppl coming in with issues with their car when I only had it for less than a month. Overall I at the point of just returning the car and getting my money back. They need to improve on a lot of thing. There’s a way to run a business and at the same time earning the customer trust and valuing their time. More
