Transportation was a bit troublesome and had nothing to do with the dealership yet they took alot of time to help us through it. Chris was there to assist in my panic times with the transportation and he was also there after the car got delivered to make sure I was happy. We also searched the internet and dealers locally to find a good price. We are planning on using this dealer for our next purchase. More
Saw a car North Coast advertised online and called to make a deal. Flew to Cleveland to complete the deal. When I saw the car I saw that the salespeople had misrepresented the car. It had been in an a make a deal. Flew to Cleveland to complete the deal. When I saw the car I saw that the salespeople had misrepresented the car. It had been in an accident and poorly repaired. Cancelled the deal and then had a terrible time getting my refundable deposit back. It took many ignored calls and finally intervention from my credit card company. Do not buy a car here without actually looking at it and driving it. More
The ONLY good thing was the price. Pics on Ebay were photoshopped so as not to show paint chips. $100 check was promised to us to help with touchup work, never showed. Ebay listing also disclosed vehicle photoshopped so as not to show paint chips. $100 check was promised to us to help with touchup work, never showed. Ebay listing also disclosed vehicle had been in an accident of some form ( in the very fine print at the bottom of the listing of course). When asked about this they said that an Infiniti dealer had done repair work on quarter panel, but when we questioned Infiniti in Indianapolis they showed us there was no record in their national database of such work. In other words, Northcoast Auto are LIARS. The place was a freakin wreck, we could barely park our own car in the lot. Total chaos. Took half an hour to "find" our car even though we had called 5 hrs in advance to say we would be there. It had barely enough gas to get around the block for a test drive, along with a rear brake light out...these guys are sticklers on the details for sure. When we voiced concern about the paint chips, we were told that "if you don't want it that's fine, somebody will buy it--we sell over 300 cars a month here." Obviously subscribers to the school of quantity over quality. Completely unprofessional and reminded me of a chop shop that was headed by the Russian Mob. I replied that i was going to go ahead with the purchase, being that i had driven 5 hrs from another state. Had it not been for that, i would have told them to go to xxxx. It took all 30 days to get the title paperwork in the mail, with these idiots procrastinating up to the last minute and having to overnight it FedEx so my girlfriend would not have to worry about being ticketed for no plates..and even then after she had to call them about 10 times. Oh and the BMV here just informed us that they overcharged us 13 dollars on the tax, just for icing on the cake. Disorganized, unprofessional, shady, and noncommunicative. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND PASS INFO ALONG TO THOSE YOU KNOW! More
Have your car checked before you buy from this dealer. I was told my car was in excellent mechanical condition and ended up paying over $1000 in repairs for a car with only 30k, and there are still more rep was told my car was in excellent mechanical condition and ended up paying over $1000 in repairs for a car with only 30k, and there are still more repairs needed. They will lie to sell a car, don't respond to emails after purchase, refuse to talk after purchase, pressured positive feedback. Very shady dealer. Beware, stay away! More
