Oganes is by far the best dealer I have come by. He knows so much about many of the vehicles and seems to be a very educated sales person. These people are scammers! I was going to purchase a vehicle advertised on eBay. Every time I tried to send someone to inspect the car that was in "perfect" condition they blocked the transaction and he vehicle advertised on eBay. Every time I tried to send someone to inspect the car that was in "perfect" condition they blocked the transaction and here is the story: 1st inspector I hired: Seller stated he could not reach them though the inspector had called 3 times (once with me on the line) and sent an email. Then the seller told me they had had "nothing but problems" from that inspection company. So, I hired a 2nd company. According to the seller: the inspector showed up right before closing and insisted it would not be a problem because he could do the inspection in a few minutes. The seller proceeded to tell me that he thought this NEW company was "trying to rip me off" by speeding through the inspection but that he had convinced the inspector to return the next day. Then the seller proceeded to tell me how THIS company had caused them trouble in the past and had even sent an inspector who was visibly intoxicated to check out a car! (This was never mentioned before in speaking with him about this company sending an inspector) This is when I really became suspicious. He had tried to discredit two separate companies who had otherwise great reputations and obviously was trying to avoid my having this car inspected. He also told me on multiple occasions that this car was like new, completely ready to be checked out and even ready for me to pick up and make the 8 hr drive back home and that the inspector could come any time. Then the next day I get an email from the inspection company that the inspection had to be rescheduled again because the seller told them that the car would be out getting serviced for the next day or two! What??? Something was not adding up. So I pulled the plug on the whole thing and decided not to purchase the car. The whole time I am thinking "how did this company have such high reviews? I know you can fake reviews on many sites but their eBay rating is 100%! That can't be faked!" Oh..... that's where I was wrong. Google search eBay motors review fraud and you might be shocked. These power sellers are bringing in boatloads of cash for eBay every day and every time they sell a car eBay gets a cut. So who do you think they are looking out for? There are many tales of eBay buyers posting negative feedback for the scammers and it disappearing or even the BUYER getting a reprimand from eBay or being unable to remain on eBay at all! I am so glad I caught on before I spent tens of thousands of dollars I would never see again. So please take heed. I am paranoid that this review will get "missing" as well or as I have seen on other negative reviews the company will try to come up with some explanation or try to even discredit me after my writing this. So to North Coast Scammers, Go ahead, because there is something I purposefully never told you... I am married to a lawyer and am the daughter-in-law of a federal judge! So I dare you to lie or slander my name. THIS COMPANY HAS CHANGED NAMES AND USED TO BE CALLED "1ST GEAR AUTO"... CHECK THEM OUT ON THE BBB... THEY HAVE A D! HOW DOES A COMPANY WITH A D HAVE ALL THESE GLOWING POSITIVE REVIEWS ON THE WEB??? As we say in the south.... somethin ain't right! More

I was looking for a specific vehicle, and Adam found the vehicle and brought it to the front so my mom and I could test drive it. Unfortunately things didn't work out with that car; but Adam was quick to find three others that he thought would fit my needs. While Adam was searching for these various cars, Michael was very friendly and kept my mother and I company while standing in the very busy lot. Michael assured us that Adam was trying his best to meet my needs, and I appreciated the customer service. Although none of the cars I viewed this day were for me, I received a very welcoming experience on my visit and I thank both Adam and Michael for that. More
