If you want my review of my entire buying experience, with North Coast Auto Mall, Bedford, Ohio, please continue reading: My Contact Person/Sales Representative, at North Coast Auto Mall - Bedford, is Moe Bodar. I say, "is", because I can still contact him even though the sale is completed. He also sent me a 'Happy Birthday' email, after the transaction. Although it was a joint effort, Moe Bodar is the main reason for the 5-star rating. I reside over 200 miles away from the dealership, so I rented a car to go collect my car. Moe came to the rental office to pick me up in my car, so I would have the opportunity to test drive it on the way back to the dealership. As I drove, he explained different features of the vehicle. After we returned to the dealership, he lead me through completing the sale. There was a hiccup: I couldn't contact my insurance provider. Moe waited, patiently, while I attempted to contact my insurance agent, up to and including when I had to contact the 1-800 number. (The representative I was placed in contact with stayed on the phone to insure the dealership received the proof-of-insurance email.) I went to the finance department and was told it would cost $180 more than what I had understood it would be. I was informed that I had been previously made aware of this change. (In their defense, they sent an email, but I get lots of email, so it is possible that I could have missed it.) Then, I had to provide the down-payment - originally, it was no-money down, but they put me with a more legitimate financier wherewith a down-payment was required and the length of the loan was shortened. Fortunately, the interest rate was decreased. Thus, the down-payment went from $0 to $2,500 to $2,575. The $75 was for the fee of using a credit card -- which is understandable: why should they have to pay a hefty fee to collect money paid by a credit card? The person from the Finance Department, who was helping me, informed me that he was not well-versed in this form of payment and, as such, requested assistance from a coworker. I was using multiple cards and told them that I wanted to put the entire $75 fee on the last card. Although they said, "OK", it didn't work out that way but, rather, a percentage was charged to each card. Thankfully, I had enough to cover it. The fuel tank was almost empty, when I took possession of the vehicle. The dealership filled it halfway. (In my opinion, any investment in their product, over $10K, should be thanked by a full tank of gasoline. Especially in my case, since I traveled over 200 miles to purchase from them.) During my trip back home, I encountered a snow storm. Despite 4-wheel drive and the heavy weight of the vehicle, it was difficult to operate in the snow. After returning home, I discovered the reason I had so much difficulty with the snow: the vehicle has summer tires. It would have been good to know this before I got on the highway. CONS: *Extra $180 bundled into financing *Falsely informed that credit card fee could be applied to one card *Only half tank of gasoline *No heads-up on summer tires PROS: *Wonderful, no-pressure buying experience *Relatively easy Auto Financing *Good after-purchase follow through I highly recommend North Coast Auto Mall - Bedford! I found out that they presented false information. I was presented a car fax report that stated my car was in no accidents, no damage, nothing. I just learned today that my updated car fax report shows structural damage was reported right before I bought my car and they hid that from me. Apparently this is how they always do business as I spoke with someone who used to work for them today. I just lost about $4,000-$5,000 trade in value because of this. And, they can't even sell my car. They have to take It to auction because of liability issues. I bought my car from North coast auto mall with 14,000 miles on it. There was no visible damage. More

If you’re leery of salespeople, I recommend you see Jacob Payne at Auto World. This nice young man didn’t try to sell me on anything, instead listening to my wants & needs & delivering exactly what I was loo Payne at Auto World. I gave him an impossible list of must-haves & a ridiculous expectation on monthly payment 😂 but he stuck it out with me. This place has literally every make & model you could want so if you’re thinking of test driving ANYthing GO HERE FIRST!! I stubbornly refused to even look at the car Jacob & Shawn, the manager, suggested at first but eventually I caved & absolutely fell in love! I don’t know who was more excited, me or them. They worked really hard on getting me good financing (THEY actually said the first offer was too high 😳) & Tom the finance guy was super thorough making sure there were NO issues with paperwork (went through a nightmare before at a different dealership). Overall my experience was enough to make me an Auto World customer for life. Jacob, thank you for your patience, thank you for your service to our country & THANK YOU for my shiny new ride! More
The worst car place I have every visited and purchased a car from. The customer service was horrible. Do not purchase a car from please! They will rip you off! Today I took an hour and a half, 90 mile ride to see an $80,000 BMW I8 that was never there. It started with the online help, then a phone call, followed by several texts. Hi. I went to NCAM for the first time. And I was met by Moe Bodair. By the time we met this guy was so easy going so approachable that shocked me that there are people still ouththere like that. There was a car i really wanted and i could have gotten it somewhere else but because of Moe i came the next day and bought the BMW from them. He really made a difference. I wanted the car and the way we connected is awesome. I really couldn't go nowhere else because of Moe. Because the way he was i really couldnt go nowhere else. He was honest and real. I want the NCAM to know the one main reason i bought this awesome car was because of MOE BODAIR. Dijana More
