He then recommended that we be proactive and fix something else on the car. He said he would make the repairs for half price since they were doing other work on the car. I went into the dealership to test drive a used 2005 Cadillac CTS. Upon arriving I found the vehicle to be in a condition that was unable to be driven. I had never heard of this dealership until my husband told me that he found my favorite SUV at a great price on-line. About 30 minutes later a received a call back from salesperson Julie Turner. She had a smile in her voice and was eager to answer all my questions regarding the vehicle and questions about my trade-in. Needless to say we planned a visit to look over the car and test drive as well as appraise my trade-in. Today I am driving my just-like-new Mercedes at a price well below market value, I have a 3 year extended warranty, I am paying the price I want and was given top dollar for my trade-in. My experience with buying my first car was phenomenal all because of Julie Turner. I give these guys 5 stars plus. More
