Great experience!!!! Marcus was great to work with, not only was he informative he also helped highlight some important factors since I was driving 2 1/2 hours for the car. I also thought, that I would finance the car through my personal bank, but North Coast had banks fighting over me getting a loan and gave me the best rate I have ever seen on a used car. I will say they sale a lot of cars so it is very busy, I had everything set-up before I went and the process was very easy. Probably would have only be there about an 1 1/2 with the test drive and all the paper work, but was held up because of my insurance company. Overall I got a car that was valued much more than I paid for it, the service was great and I would Highly Recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Marcus, helped me through the process and I would give him a call ASAP!!! More

Both the sales consultant and the sales manger were friendly, worked hard and were cooperative until we were completely satisfied with our new vehicle purchase. I spoke to Mr. Layton via email inquiring about a vehicle on their lot. After explaining my situation I had submitted an online credit application per his suggestion on Friday afternoon and notified him via on their lot. So of course he called after 5pm on Friday and left a message. After returning to work on Monday I called him only to get a full voice mail box leaving me unable to leave him a message so I sent an email in case he didn't look at his caller ID history. Well it's been over 2 days (Wednesday) and not so much as an email let alone a call back! I have since been in contact with another dealership and their internet salesperson took less than 15 minutes to respond to my inquiries which, in my opinion is far better than waiting 2-3 days. Grade: D- More
I have purchased several BMW's in the past but only from new car dealer's. I was un-sure of the quality of service I would receive when purchasing a pre-owned model. When walking into Auto World I was from new car dealer's. I was un-sure of the quality of service I would receive when purchasing a pre-owned model. When walking into Auto World I was immediately greeted by a manager who was willing to go out of his way to offer me coffee or water, much like a franchise BMW store. After speaking with me shortly he went and got my wife and I a bottle of water and found us a very knowledgeable salesperson (Jason Stormer) who also went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. The entire purchase was quick and easy and I was very happy buying a pre-owned BM. I recommend that everyone's first stop be at Autoworld. More
The salesman, Andrew, at Auto World was very friendly an honest about everything dealing with the 2007 Prius we looked at. The manager , Josh, was also very friendly and helpful with our purchase. After our test drive, we had some concerns about a noise in the front end of the car. Josh told us that repairs would be made at no cost to us. He then recommended that we be proactive and fix something else on the car. He said he would make the repairs for half price since they were doing other work on the car. Everything was done to our satisfaction. We are pleased with the purchase. More
I went into the dealership to test drive a used 2005 Cadillac CTS. Upon arriving I found the vehicle to be in a condition that was unable to be driven. The vehicle also had several large cracks in the interior and several dents and scratches to the exterior. Do these guys think someone is going to buy a car sight unseen? Why couldn't there be honest photos shown online? Could have saved us all some time. More
I had never heard of this dealership until my husband told me that he found my favorite SUV at a great price on-line. I went to the website and did an inquiry on a 2011 Mercedes GL450 and wondered if I would receive a response soon as I was working with another dealership, actually a Mercedes dealership. About 30 minutes later a received a call back from salesperson Julie Turner. She had a smile in her voice and was eager to answer all my questions regarding the vehicle and questions about my trade-in. Needless to say we planned a visit to look over the car and test drive as well as appraise my trade-in. Today I am driving my just-like-new Mercedes at a price well below market value, I have a 3 year extended warranty, I am paying the price I want and was given top dollar for my trade-in. My experience with buying my first car was phenomenal all because of Julie Turner. I give these guys 5 stars plus. More
