I was impressed by the selection they had there, and when I got there everyone was friendly, welcoming, easy to talk to and most of all they were not pushy at all even gave me the Carfax no problem when I asked then went over it with me answering all of my questions. This is place does not play games with you or jerk you around, they are straight forward which is incredibly important to me when when buying a new car. Eric was even able to beat the interest rate that I got personally from my bank, then everything was smooth as glass as far as the paperwork and I was driving home in my new car. Thanks North Coast Auto Mall, I'll be back for my next car! More
This is a casual, fast paced, no nonsense group of young proffesionals. The pricing on my select vehicle was quite literally thousands less than I had found anywhere else. Joshua Price worked very hard to get my financing approved late on a Saturday, even calling bank loan officers at home and telling them to check their computers. The wait was a little long but that is understandable as they were slammed with customers while i was there. Putting up with a longer wait was well worth the money I saved so I have no complaint, just an observation. Ryan Wade is the man you want to talk to, he is energetic and up front and made my decision to purchase from them seamless. I will be back for my next purchase. More

I gave this dealership all 5s because of the genuine, friendly people that I encountered there. When people visit dealerships, they often come across sneaky, slimy salesmen who just care about getting th friendly people that I encountered there. When people visit dealerships, they often come across sneaky, slimy salesmen who just care about getting the car off the lot. This was not the case when I came to Auto World. Joshua Price was the most genuine person that I have met while I've been searching for my car. He cared about my safety in the car and he was very honest with my family throughout the entire process. By the time we left the dealership with my car, my family felt like he was an old family friend. Ryan was also very honest and I really appreciate him working with my family. Thank you for my car!! Great experience!!!! Marcus was great to work with, not only was he informative he also helped highlight some important factors since I was driving 2 1/2 hours for the car. I also thought, that I would finance the car through my personal bank, but North Coast had banks fighting over me getting a loan and gave me the best rate I have ever seen on a used car. I will say they sale a lot of cars so it is very busy, I had everything set-up before I went and the process was very easy. Probably would have only be there about an 1 1/2 with the test drive and all the paper work, but was held up because of my insurance company. Overall I got a car that was valued much more than I paid for it, the service was great and I would Highly Recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Marcus, helped me through the process and I would give him a call ASAP!!! More
I spoke to Mr. Layton via email inquiring about a vehicle on their lot. After explaining my situation I had submitted an online credit application per his suggestion on Friday afternoon and notified him via on their lot. So of course he called after 5pm on Friday and left a message. After returning to work on Monday I called him only to get a full voice mail box leaving me unable to leave him a message so I sent an email in case he didn't look at his caller ID history. Well it's been over 2 days (Wednesday) and not so much as an email let alone a call back! I have since been in contact with another dealership and their internet salesperson took less than 15 minutes to respond to my inquiries which, in my opinion is far better than waiting 2-3 days. Grade: D- More

Both the sales consultant and the sales manger were friendly, worked hard and were cooperative until we were completely satisfied with our new vehicle purchase. I will recommend this car dealership to everyone I know. More
