I was looking for a used car something that was between Hello, I am writing this review to share my car buying experience at North Coast Auto Mall. I was looking for a used car something that was between years 2010 - 2012 but then I wasn't sure which car model I wanted to buy. I did have few car options in my mind before starting my search....like Toyota Camry, Mercedes Benz, BMW 3 Series, and Audi A4, and also Honda Civic. So, I started my search by looking online at a website called Autotrader.com. I am sure all of you might be aware of it. It is fairly popular and good I think. After a few days of searching online I could find some cars that I liked at dealers/places that were less than 70 miles away from my place of stay. North Coast Auto Mall of Bedford was one of them and the interesting part was that I could find 3 out of the 5 cars there (Mercedes Benz, BMW 3 Series and Audi A4) that I wanted to look and test drive before making any decision or specific car choice. I tried to contact the North Coast Auto Mall dealership through phone as well as via the online chat option in the Autotrader.com website and found out if the 3 cars that I wanted to check were still available or not. They responded positively and so I setup an appointment with them to go and check out the 3 cars. I went to the mall with my friend. When we went there I met Damien Love who is a Sales Professional there. He greeted us well and asked us whom where we looking for. We informed him that we didn't have an appointment with a specific sales representative but just had booked the time slot to come and check out the cars as we took the appointment online by talking to a representative via chat. So, he decided to help us with what we was looking for. We mentioned to him that we were there to check out the 3 cars especially the Mercedes Benz & BMW 3 series. He walked us to the cars and we had a look at both of them and also he let us test drive both the cars. He accompanied us on both the test drives and mentioned a couple good & bad things about the cars. Good things like its features etc...And bad things like which one is more expensive to maintain etc. This gave us a little more understanding. We also test drove the Audi but didn't like that much when compared to Mercedes. I liked Mercedes the best out of all the cars that I test drove. The only thing that I would like to mention about the test drive part is that the cars that we took out for test drives were low on fuel and we had to stop at a gas station to fill some gas. Damien filled the gas in the Mercedes and later we filled a little gas in the BMW 3 series when we went for the test drives. I am not sure if that's how it is always or was that the only time the cars were low on fuel. Maybe too many people test drove those cars and that made them low on fuel. But anyways, I wasn't really bothered about that much. After test driving the cars I was more comfortable with the Mercedes Benz. I didn't really want to buy the car that same day as I wasn’t prepared for the same day purchase and moreover there were other things that I wanted to make sure before making that decision. Damien provided us the Car Fax report for the car which was clean without any accidents and he did ask me if I wanted to buy it the same day and he did try to convince me but once I mentioned strongly that I need time he was okay with it and didn't force me about it. He gave us his visiting card and asked us to call him back incase we had any further questions. Infact he said he would call us the next day to know what we have thought or decided. I was surprised when I didn't hear from him at all the next day. Usually when you go to a car dealer they try to touch base with you the next day or a couple days later to follow up on the car you saw or test drive. Atleast that's how it happened to me at all the other places I went before this mall. But surprisingly in this case that didn't really happen. I don't know if that's how their service is or they didn't take me seriously. Could be either of them! So, when I didn’t get a call from Damien, I tried to reach him myself a couple times via phone but I couldn't get hold of him. I tried the next day as well and I left voicemails for him each time I called asking him to contact me back but honestly, we couldn't really talk to each other for some or the other reason for the next two days. When I couldn't make a contact with Damien I then thought maybe that car was sold out and that's the reason why no one is responding. Just to try one last time, I made a call to the dealership itself and I spoke to someone else who informed that the car was still available. It wasn't something I really liked or was convinced in terms of customer satisfaction but I guess I liked the car and so wanted to move to the next step. So, I decided to go back again and wanted to get the car checked at a place like Firestone or Midas just to know the exact condition of the car. I waited till I could get hold of Damien or till he contacted me back as he was the person who first dealt with us. When we finally spoke to Damien he apologized and informed that he was very busy and also was off on one day and that's why he couldn't contact me. I then informed him that I wanted to take the car to a Firestone nearby and wanted to get it checked to know its exact condition before moving further. He was supportive and gave us a green signal for that. We had to take car out twice - once to get it checked at a Firestone and also to a body shop (as suggested by Firestone). Damien was okay with it but he asked us whether we will buy the car if everything was okay with it. I said yes, if everything was okay with the car in terms of mechanics and body I will consider buying the car. This time Damien didn't come with us but just gave us the car to take to Firestone. So we took the car for a check and fortunately the car was in good condition without any major issues. That was good to know and so I decided I would buy the car. I came back and informed Damien that I was interested in buying the car and wanted to move further. There was not a whole lot that I could negotiate in terms of price with this car as it was low on miles and was red color which I wasn’t finding a whole lot around and something that I wanted. Also, I noticed in my search online that this was one of the lowest priced cars in red color. There were other colors like black/blue/white that were around this price range but nothing in red with similar miles. I made an initial deposit for the car that day and then later after two days I went and to the mall...did the paper work, made the final purchase and collected the car from the dealer. I purchased my car a week ago. It all went very well and smooth and Damien did mention to us to call them if we needed anything or had any questions. There is one another thing that I want to mention here - the lid that's in the trunk that covers the extra tire was missing the second time when I went to the dealer to take the car for a check at Firestone. It was in the car the first time when I looked at it but not the second time. When asked I was told they might have taken it out of this car to replace it in another car temporarily. I wasn't really happy about that....thinking to myself why would someone do that. Ofcourse I did ask Damien about it and he said that they would put it back if I decided to buy the car and as said they did put it back at the time of final purchase. Over all I would say my experience with North Coast Auto Mall was good and Damien Love (the sales professional) who was assisting us there was very friendly all the time and I was satisfied with the way he was dealing with us. It was just that initially trying to get hold of him or any other sales person was a little difficult....and I didn't want to travel 50+ miles each way without making sure of things. At the end we were satisfied when we walked out of the mall with the car. I would recommend you to consider this place for buying a used car...but at the same time I would also recommend you to get the car checked before making your final decision. I did read mixed reviews about this dealer when I was looking for used cars there. Some said they had bad experiences and their cars went bad after a week or few days and some said their experience was good. I am on the positive side so far because my experience was decent. Honestly I think these kinds of car dealers buy cars from owners and also in auctions. We all know that in auctions we can only buy the car as-is without any previous inspections on the cars so chances are there that the cars might have problems or that they were involved in accidents. I think it’s our responsibility too to make sure the car is good when we are making such a big purchase from such dealers. I wouldn't just go by the name of the dealer until and unless it’s a really big car dealer for example Mercedes of Bedford. In those types of dealers you definitely have a peace of mind but the prices are higher too. So, it's your call to decide which option suits you the best....higher price with peace of mind OR lower price with a little bit of you running around to get the car checked to make sure it's all good. Since I wanted to buy a red car which I wasn't finding much at other places during my search I decided I would buy it from North Coast Auto Mall once I get it checked and if it’s all good. I knew that once you have bought the car you are on your own unless you have bought a warranty from the dealer. I had already decided that I would buy an extended warranty from Mercedes and not from them as I thoght that was the safest option for me on such a big brand. And because I didn't buy any warranty from them for the car I wasn’t much worried about long term customer satisfaction. I bought the car as-is without any warranty on it and there was no 30 day return policy (some dealers give this) either so I knew once I was out of the mall with the car the dealer had nothing to do with it and I was prepared for it. I finally got a car that I wanted and that too in a good condition from this mall and so if I were to rate North Coast Auto Mall (Bedford) overall I would give them a 4 star out of 5 but ofcourse there was a little bit of work on my end too and I personally spent around 50-60 dollars on it to get it checked and I was prepared that I wouldn't get it back. I personally thought that it was worth it if the car comes out to be good. As of now, I am totally satisfied and happy with my purchase and I am enjoying every bit of the car! It's an amazing brand and car. More

I was impressed by the selection they had there, and when I got there everyone was friendly, welcoming, easy to talk to and most of all they were not pushy at all even gave me the Carfax no problem when I asked then went over it with me answering all of my questions. This is place does not play games with you or jerk you around, they are straight forward which is incredibly important to me when when buying a new car. Eric was even able to beat the interest rate that I got personally from my bank, then everything was smooth as glass as far as the paperwork and I was driving home in my new car. Thanks North Coast Auto Mall, I'll be back for my next car! More
This is a casual, fast paced, no nonsense group of young proffesionals. The pricing on my select vehicle was quite literally thousands less than I had found anywhere else. Joshua Price worked very hard to get my financing approved late on a Saturday, even calling bank loan officers at home and telling them to check their computers. The wait was a little long but that is understandable as they were slammed with customers while i was there. Putting up with a longer wait was well worth the money I saved so I have no complaint, just an observation. Ryan Wade is the man you want to talk to, he is energetic and up front and made my decision to purchase from them seamless. I will be back for my next purchase. More

I gave this dealership all 5s because of the genuine, friendly people that I encountered there. When people visit dealerships, they often come across sneaky, slimy salesmen who just care about getting th friendly people that I encountered there. Joshua Price was the most genuine person that I have met while I've been searching for my car. He cared about my safety in the car and he was very honest with my family throughout the entire process. By the time we left the dealership with my car, my family felt like he was an old family friend. Ryan was also very honest and I really appreciate him working with my family. Thank you for my car!!
