I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata in July from Igor at NCAM. This was my second vehicle that I purchased from him at the this dealership in less than a year. I also purchased a 2009 Mercedes E-Class from NCAM. This was my second vehicle that I purchased from him at the this dealership in less than a year. I also purchased a 2009 Mercedes E-Class from him in December 2012. I came back for my second vehicle because of his superior customer service and attention to detail. He made the car buying experience the easiest and most hassle free that I have ever experienced. In the future when my family and friends have used car needs I will recommend that they see Igor at NCAM. More

We purchased a 2004 Lincoln Aviator from Auto World USA from their listing on EBay. The pictures and description of the vehicle were pristine and Auto World USA was listed as a top rated seller with 100% from their listing on EBay. The pictures and description of the vehicle were pristine and Auto World USA was listed as a top rated seller with 100% feedback, which was the reason we purchased the truck from them. They are in Ohio, we are in Florida. The day after we received the truck, we had to take it to a repair shop due to the brake pedal going to the floor. We learned that the brake system (brakes, calibers, rotors, brake lines) were totally rusted. If the brake lines ruptured, we would be in danger of having an accident. Also the emergency brake was rusted to the point of having to be replaced. We called Auto World and advised them. Sales Manager was rude and condescending. Owner emailed us and said that the cost to have the brake system repaired at their facility would be $600. We were 1000 miles away and took it to the nearest facility to us and the cost was $1615.22. They offered to reimburse us $300, 1/2 of what it would cost them to repair. This is unacceptable. If they are going to sell on EBay, throughout the country, they need to 1. advise of any issues with the vehicle when advertising it 2. have facilities where buyers can have the repairs done in their localities. They only advised they were a wholesale company once we complained to them. We also asked if the vehicle was "smoke free" and advised it was. It reeks of smoke. We are senior citizens and my husband has a lung disease. We had the truck detailed for $130 and it still smells of smoke making it difficult for my husband to breathe when he is in the truck. What we feel would be acceptable restitution would be for Auto World to reimburse us 1/2 of the cost we paid for having the brake system repaired. They refused. More
Having fairly bad credit, i was having a very hard time getting financing. Other dealerships turned me away or offered me vehicles i wouldn't be caught dead in. Skylar and the management team at Northcoa getting financing. Other dealerships turned me away or offered me vehicles i wouldn't be caught dead in. Skylar and the management team at Northcoast Auto Mall understood that I was only interested in the Xterra and really worked hard to put me in the vehicle. These are people who love to sell cars and treat everyone fairly. More
Chris did an excellent job. He was professional. He was honest, and he was accurate with his description of the overall condition of the car. Chris also went out of his way to overnight me home garage door honest, and he was accurate with his description of the overall condition of the car. Chris also went out of his way to overnight me home garage door opener and also the check that Auto World owed me. He did this out o fhis own pocket and that is going above and beyond the call of duty. Chris will get repeat business from me i nthe future, and also from family and friends. Great job Chris! My vehicle was advertised on E-Bay. I called Ryan Wade and talked to him about the vehicle. Our conservation was positive, no major issues, so I put a deposit on the car. The vehicle was scheduled to be and talked to him about the vehicle. Our conservation was positive, no major issues, so I put a deposit on the car. The vehicle was scheduled to be shipped on a Monday. On Thursday I called to verified that it had been shipped. I was asked to call Josh Price immediately. Josh informed me that my car had been damaged while being loaded on the transport truck. The right front fender had been damaged and they would have it fixed. I then texted Scott Bibb and asked him to insure that the fender was properly fixed and not just filled with bondo. Unfortunately that was not the case. Not only was the fender not fixed properly, it had been pushed back towards the front door and now scrapes when the door is opened. After I was told it was ready for shipping, and that didn't happen, I decided to pick it up myself, renting a car in Fla. and driving it to Ohio. When I arrived at Auto World I saw my car in the parking lot. To my surprise there was a "RUST" hole the size of a large apple in the lower panel of the drivers door. I brought it to Ryan's attention. He said "I told you about that". Also, the pictures on E-Bay did not show the rust. If you are interested, you can look at them - Search Item # 141018072231. Believe me if he had mentioned rust I would not have purchased the car. After arriving home I found 2 more small rust spots. Ryan mentioned the rust to Scott. Ryan related to me that Scott said "he can have that fixed for $200.00. The lowest estimate I have is $1388.00. The door or the skin has to be replaced. That does not include repairing the front fender that was botched. One last thing. Vehicle was advertised with a CD Changer, it does not have one. Also, it was advertised that it had heated and cooled seats, but they didn't mention that they didn't work. All this was discussed with Ryan Wade, his answer "you bought the car as is Buddy". A reputable dealer would have, a the very least, pointed out the rust and seen that the damage to the fender was fixed properly (the truck driver was paying for the repair). More
