I was sent to Josh by another dealer who didnt have what I wanted. Josh was enthusiastic, honest and energetic to get me what I wanted. The lot has more options within my budget than I expected. My test drive was to the bank to get the check to purchase the vehicle. Thats how confident I was about my purchase after spending that time with Josh. Its full dsiclosure on this lot which made me feel extremely comfortable. My deal begin and ended in 2.5 hours. I looked at several cars and ended up with something better than I hoped. At the end of the deal I grabbed a stack of business cards to hand out everywhere I went. I am still highly reccommending this dealership to everyone! More

Salesperson was rude in taking other calls while we were waiting for delivery. He was playing on his cell phone and tablet while we were waiting. Never gave a written quote for total cost of car to my nephe waiting for delivery. He was playing on his cell phone and tablet while we were waiting. Never gave a written quote for total cost of car to my nephew the previous visit so there was a big misunderstanding when he finally addressed us to collect the money. Never explained the DOCUMENTATION FEE in advance. Other sales persons were having a major conversation and yelling across showroom floor about a hockey game and whether others were capable of skating. One salesperson was eating wings on the floor and was just very unprofessional. We waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for a process that should have taken 15 minutes as this was a cash transaction with no trade. As you can tell, I would not recommend this dealership under any circumstances. In my previous profession, I sold cars for 2 years in the early 1970's and this behavior would not have been acceptable. I was trained properly by VOA and was very good at what I did. The entire dealership would receive an F. It it was going to take 1 hour and 45 minutes to deliver a car - Eddie could have suggested we visit a nearby restaurant or offered us coffee or soft drinks.
