My wife and I have given the review because Eddie Thomas made our buying a car the BEST place (AUTO WORLD U.S.A) to purchase a new or used vehicle. We have dealt with many of other dealerships and that don made our buying a car the BEST place (AUTO WORLD U.S.A) to purchase a new or used vehicle. We have dealt with many of other dealerships and that don't treat you the way Eddie Thomas treated us. I would recommend Auto World USA to anyone. But most of all I would recommend your employee Eddie to anyone also. He really took care of us and made us feel right at home. We feel like we have dealt with your dealership forever, and this was the first time we shopped here. And it won't be the last time. Because of Eddie my son and daughter will be coming in to purchase a vehicle. They already know to ask for Eddie!!!!!!! A great experience all because of Eddie. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.... More

Salesperson was rude in taking other calls while we were waiting for delivery. He was playing on his cell phone and tablet while we were waiting. Never gave a written quote for total cost of car to my nephe waiting for delivery. He was playing on his cell phone and tablet while we were waiting. Never gave a written quote for total cost of car to my nephew the previous visit so there was a big misunderstanding when he finally addressed us to collect the money. Never explained the DOCUMENTATION FEE in advance. Other sales persons were having a major conversation and yelling across showroom floor about a hockey game and whether others were capable of skating. One salesperson was eating wings on the floor and was just very unprofessional. We waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for a process that should have taken 15 minutes as this was a cash transaction with no trade. As you can tell, I would not recommend this dealership under any circumstances. In my previous profession, I sold cars for 2 years in the early 1970's and this behavior would not have been acceptable. I was trained properly by VOA and was very good at what I did. The entire dealership would receive an F. It it was going to take 1 hour and 45 minutes to deliver a car - Eddie could have suggested we visit a nearby restaurant or offered us coffee or soft drinks. I do have to say that Kenneth Johnson is by far the best salesman I've ever had! Not only was he knowledgeable and incredibly patient, he went above and beyond what a normal salesman would do. North Coast salesman I've ever had! Not only was he knowledgeable and incredibly patient, he went above and beyond what a normal salesman would do. North Coast Auto Mall is very lucky to have him. I had a lot of selections to decide from and Mr. Johnson was great with getting me what I wanted and most importantly, the price I wanted. The friendliness and quality of work given to me was exceptional. I'm very pleased and would definitely recommend this place.. Especially Mr. Kenneth Johnson. More

Dominique was first and foremost friendly. I came off as a difficult customer at First because I was very picky and not knowing what I wanted at all.
