Drove 450 miles one way to pick up car that Gene said was flawless according to Joe. There were some definite issues with the car when I arrived. I had to put about $1500 into the car when I got home to br flawless according to Joe. There were some definite issues with the car when I arrived. I had to put about $1500 into the car when I got home to bring it up to where it should have been at the price I paid for it. Repairs included steering rack replacement, muffler, front wheel bearing. In the end I feel like I paid a premium for this car even though I got some money off. If this was a dealer car I would have paid the same amount and got a warranty with it, or it would have been certified. Satisfied with the help from Nick. I feel Gene could have described the car a bit better. The pictures did not show the flaws in the car, I felt. The issues were pretty obvious and would have been noticed during their "oil change" that they routinely do with every vehicle, and buy taking a test drive. I appreciate them taking every opportunity to help and get me back on the road ASAP. I also appreciate Joe giving me a ride to the rental car location. I am satisfied with the car in the end. This is my sixth used vehicle purchased online. I guess you just never know what you will get in the end when buying used. More

What a great experience! From the first phone call I made to North Coast Auto, all the way to the follow-up emails I got after the sale was done. Chris was able to answer all my questions prior to me t made to North Coast Auto, all the way to the follow-up emails I got after the sale was done. Chris was able to answer all my questions prior to me taking the time to cone seethe car, and when I got to my appointment Adam was there waiting for me with the car ready to go for my test drive! There was only the minor non-mechanical issues with the car, but they addressed Dan fixed all of the concerns I had. Happy with my purchase and the whole experience at North Coast. More

Everything went well with the sale and I enjoy the car. Tim was a great help while searching for the car i wanted for many reasons. He went above and beyond of what he had to. He was very professional and made sure i was happy with everything. I found a F350 online and went to take a look at it. The truck was as described and the photos were well representative of the vehicle. Eddie sold me on this car by texting and phoning at all hours. What a genuine and hard working salesman. I am so thankful to him. Tim was very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable and also fun. He suggested which cars he would avoid and cars that he would recommend, his honesty was very nice as one of the cars I wanted to look at he sai fun.
