I have waited about a month before writing this review. A month ago, I went to Auto World and purchased a used 2007 Dodge Caliber. I was first dealing with Brandon, who didn't seem to know what he was doing. month ago, I went to Auto World and purchased a used 2007 Dodge Caliber. I was first dealing with Brandon, who didn't seem to know what he was doing. He wouldn't negotiate the price of the vehicle with me, even though it is not fully loaded (no cruise control, yeah, can't wait to drive it 10 hours to Tennessee this summer) not to mention he was distracted by some other customer who was supposedly coming in from Michigan the same day. So I did the credit app and they took the car in to service and I went home and agreed to return the following day to sign all the paper work and get the car. The next day was ever worse. Brandon couldn't be bothered to show up so I was then dealing with Eddie. Eddie, who was constantly on the phone, swearing like a sailor right in front of me, ignoring that he had a customer sitting in front of him and being completely unprofessional. When I got done with signing everything with Jason, who was the only member of the team that seemed to have his head on straight, he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, I had to wait around again for them to detail the car and clean the interior, which seemed only half done when I finally got the vehicle. Now, a month later, I am still extremely dissatisfied, as Eddie said he'd get a keyless entry for the doors for me and get it programmed, not sure how in this day and age a car doesn't come with a keyless entry, and I have heard nothing from him since, plus my 30 day tags expire tomorrow, so I had to either pay for another, or pay $6.00 at the title agency to get a memorandum title and get my plates, as it turns out Auto World did not enter my title until 3 weeks after the sale of the vehicle, and I didn't receive the memorandum title from them in time. I will never shop there again, nor will I ever recommend that anyone shop there. All the sales people were wearing jeans, not one of them looked professional, and apparently they do not conduct themselves professionally either. The only thing I am happy with is the car, as it is a style I was looking for and low on miles, which has nothing to do with this dealer. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. More
