I was offered a different vehicle, We had a small squabble about cost cause the other vehicle was a little more. Jason who was the Finance man there worked his tale off to help me as I took a flight there from Orlando to get the car. It was only after I arrived i was told the price was different, which was a miscommunication with the Salsperson. Jason however, recovered very well and worked with me ending with an applaudable situation and I was a pleased Customer. Overall great people to work with and I will definitely recommend them... More
Auto World USA and Bryce Suminguit were great to work with I was searching for a Dodge Sprinter, when I came across USA Auto World and Bryce Suminguit through an E-bay ad. I had contacted Bryce and made arrang I was searching for a Dodge Sprinter, when I came across USA Auto World and Bryce Suminguit through an E-bay ad. I had contacted Bryce and made arrangement to drive 3 hours to the dealership to look at the Sprinters. They have a huge selection of cars and vehicles available there. They had a couple of Sprinters I was interested in, I wound up purchasing one that day and driving it home. Every time I would call or e-mail, Bryce was always available to help. I was very pleased with how I was treated and how quickly the entire process went. Thank you Bryce Suminguit and Auto World USA. Great Service, Great price, Great Overall Experience. More
Clueless I am clueless regarding the high ratings this dealership receives. In late December 2013 I purchased a 2010 Ford Explorer Sportrac from this dealership. After leaving the dealership and getting 15 miles down the highway, the TPMS sensor lit up on the dash. When we left, the dealership was closing for the day so I decided to press on and head home. After returning home (we live 70 mi away) and having this situation analyzed by a local tire company I was told there were no TPMS sensors in any of the wheels. (Sidebar: as of model year 2008 this violates Federal NTSB law). Since there were no sensors, the only way the dashboard sensor could not have been lit when I test drove the vehicle was to have it intentionally cleared by the maintenance departments computer (Violation #2 according to Fed NTSB laws). NTSB regulations are clear that if a vehicle is sold without TPMS sensors a document has to be provided to the buyer. In addition to the TPMS issue, 2 wheels were missing a lug nut each and a third wheel was missing 2 lug nuts and the 3 remaining lugs on that wheel were loose! (The lugs are under a protective cap on this wheel set so I never noticed they were missing). This missing/loose lug nut situation caused the right rear wheel to cause enough damage to the brake caliper and rotor they needed replacing. Finally, I was only given 1 key & 1 key fob for this vehicle. At signing time, and part of the negotiation process, I was given written documentation the dealership would order a second set and call me when received. I have called a number of times to the Service Manager and General Manager. Approximately 1 month after purchasing this vehicle I received a call from a market research firm asking me to do a telephone survey. When I explained the above problems as well as the fact that I hadn't received at the very least a courtesy call, the interviewer was appalled and assured me I would be getting a call from the General Manager. I think you can now understand why I'm clueless about the high ratings this dealership receives. My best advice to anyone driving down the "Historic Auto Mile" would be to put the pedal to the metal when you approach the North Coast Auto Mall. This place is a Auto Meat Market... Buyer BEWARE!!! Great deal on a used van I got a great deal on a used van. The dealership has a good selection - over 200 cars. Visit their web site first to see what they have available. If I got a great deal on a used van. The dealership has a good selection - over 200 cars. Visit their web site first to see what they have available. If the web site does not list a price, that means the car just arrived at the dealership and is in the back being repaired, detailed, etc., so it is not for sale yet. The salesman we worked with, Brandon, treated us great, was very accommodating, showed us what we wanted to see, answered all our questions openly and honestly, and did everything he could to make a deal happen. I never felt pressured, and I never felt that he was trying to manipulate us. Highly recommended. More
