Road trip to the Bedford Mile The first contact was through Ebay. I had bid on a truck and it wasn't accepted. The next day I got an email asking if I was still interested. I was and we came to an initial figure good enough to make the trip. About 200 miles one way. Clerge was great right from the start. Friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. After the test drive I pointed out a couple of minor things and was compensated for those also. All in all it was a very good experience and would definitely return if I was in need of another vehicle. When we left we stopped at a gas station and my wife locked her keys in her vehicle with it running. The Bedford police would not come to help but AUTO WORLD DID!!!!! And thank God they did. Great bunch of guys!!! More

Now coming in for service for an exhaust issue Rob in service was awesome! he kept me apprised of what was going on with my vehicle, and was I felt very honest with me in his assessment of my situation during the inspection of my vehicle it was brought to my attention that the subframe in my vehicle was rotting out and in the end would not be safe to drive over the long term. So with Rob's suggestion I went to speak with eddie to see if he could possibly get me into a newer vehicle, I really feel like I was given the run around this time over the past few days I have spent a total of 12 hours in the dealership for them to tell me nothing if I was declined financing or if I was, If they wanted a more solid work history or more proof of employment than what I provided. nothing and as someone that works in customer service I feel that if you say you are going to call me to let me know what is going on you should do so and if you cant approve me you should say so instead of having me spend so much time in the dealership only to come out with no clear answer is frustrating especially when you are riding around in a car that is not particularly safe for myself or my three children. I feel that information about my situation should have been as transparent as possible given its my personal information that is being evaluated. More

So, even though you buy a car under full factory warranty they can tell it has been in an accident and many things will not be covered. CarFax does not appear to be infallible. Do not buy sight unseen. Do not buy without a mechanic inspection. Do not trust all the overall good reviews like I did. The service of the staff is very good and the price is very good but be very careful. Trust your instincts. More

I have worked as a CFO for a major new Car Dealer, and Bryce went above and beyond to do everything within his power to make the transaction occur. He was very punctual, and concerned about complete customer satisfaction. Although I did not purchase a vehicle, due to the appearance on the internet in regards to the color of the vehicle, I would definitely recommend Bryce and the Dealership to anyone. There was no pressure to purchase as he wanted to make sure that we had the best deal and were completely happy with the purchase. He gave us several options, but I just could not bring myself to accept the color. Keep up the GREAT work ! More
