To the point dealership. The service I experienced at Auto World was a positive one. Bryce and Terry dedicated time to me, listened to what I wanted, took care of my problems The service I experienced at Auto World was a positive one. Bryce and Terry dedicated time to me, listened to what I wanted, took care of my problems and sold me one of the many impressive cars on their lot. I never felt any pressure to buy and their prices are as competitive as you can ask for. I traveled a couple of hours to test drive the car I found online and they were very patient and even stayed a few minutes late without asking any questions so that I could give the car a proper workout. There was also a bit of damage that I wasn't able to see in the pictures (it was visible upon closer inspection). They were very confident in their ability to have it fixed and even to my great skepticism, when I returned, it looked as good as I asked for it to be. If I had a complaint it would be that I sensed they might not have had the great knowledge of all the cars on the lot, but in fairness, there are many cars and they seemed to have high turnover. Also, the woman who finalized the paperwork was a bit ditsy and even forgot some of the essential paperwork, but she was kind and it wasn't intentionally negligent. Any attentive prepared buyer wouldn't find a problem with any of this. These people sell cars that sell themselves so they have a welcoming straightforward environment that I personally prefer and appreciated. I would certainly make the trip to buy from them again. Very HAPPY with my Acura TSX<3 Went into the dealership to look at my 06 Acura tsx and we were immediately met outside by Clerge. We had called ahead and he had it right out front. Went into the dealership to look at my 06 Acura tsx and we were immediately met outside by Clerge. We had called ahead and he had it right out front. It was raining that day so I requested Clerge take it inside and dry it off so we could have a good look at it, that's great customer service! Car was awesome! Clerge made us feel very comfortable as we looked over the car for a good 30 min. No pressure.....he just let us do our thing. We we unable to come to a price agreement that day, but Clerge kept in contact with me and my husband over the next week trying to get me in this car within our budget. Most sales guys would of just moved onto the next customer but he was awesome in doing his best to make a deal with us :-) I'm glad he kept calling and we finally were able to make the deal.....and a week later I drove my new baby home! So far I'm extremely happy with my car.....I did have to do some regular maintenance and replace a scratched windshield to it to get it to MY safety and driving standards but overall it's great! I would recommend Auto World USA for price and the awesome customer service! Thank you Clerge! More

The vehicle I was interested in was not the best for me, so we found something that fit more into what I was looking for and I couldn't be happier! He got me an awesome deal on a '05 Ford Escape with all the bells and whistles. It's the small SUV of my dreams and I didn't even know it. He communicated great and made sure we got all the information necessary to make the process smooth. It was nice to not have to go into a dealership and wait forever and a day to get the process going. He put in a lot of extra work on his own time that he didn't have to do, which made it all the better. I feel like I at least owe him dinner and drinks!! Thanks again Bryce, I really appreciate it.
