There were many times that I had questi The Nature of this review is unique to me. I have never purchased a car online and have had a vehicle shipped. There were many times that I had questioned the trustworthy of the process and was reassured by Bryce. However, I would wish in the future for the salesman to be more upfront and transparent with the process. There were many times that I needed information that seemed very standard to the process and could have been disclosed early on in the process. A suggestion would be to provide a welcome document via email with the entire process explained in a pdf document. Overall I am satisfied and pleased with my new car.
