I came a long way from Madison Ohio to buy this vehicle, so Alex made sure that I got the car that day to eliminate the hassle of running back and forth. All the other employees were courteous as well and were a pleasure to deal with. izzabella rosales,gary gerts and the finance manager (the Steelers fan). My only minor gripe would be that the car wasn't prepared. No gas on the test drive, the stickers were still in the window after I purchased it. But then again I showed up on a whim. Most of the cars on this lot are very recent model years. More

My situation was not your typical purchasing experience and Max Berkley and Jason Stormer had the patience and persistence to make it happen! I Purchased a vehicle that I was very happy with a BMWX5 and was called by Max about a Mercedes Benz that I had been looking for. I traded the BMWX5 in and purchased a Mercedes S550 and a Audi Q5. I was not happy with the Q5 after spending 10 hours at the dealership to make the purchases happen. I traded in the Q5 for a Mercedes ML350 and that was within one week of purchasing 2 vehicles. With much work to be done by Jason Stormer to make this happen and Max Berkley and to complete the deal with help from Bryce Suminguit and Scott Bibb it was successful! I am very Happy with my S550 and ML350 and look forward to years of enjoyment with these vehicles. I have referred many co-workers and family members to Max Berkley and Jason Stormer as they make things happen More

Read my comment I bought a 2013 VW golf from them this march, and about 1 month after, the front axial went bad. I went to the VW dealer, and was told that the car wa I bought a 2013 VW golf from them this march, and about 1 month after, the front axial went bad. I went to the VW dealer, and was told that the car was in a significant accident, and was minimumly repaired using junk parts to make it just able to run. They showed me all the rust old parts for the entire right front side, and showed me how they repainted the car poorly. When I purchased the car they showed me a carfax which was clean. Then they asked me to sign a history disclosure form and the financial lady Liz told me it was only in a minor accident and that was why the accident was not reported in the carfax. However, a few month later the accident did show on the carfax and indicated even airbag deployment. They sold me the car before the accident showed up. I called them about the situation and they paid partially for the front axial charge. The general manager Mike recently contacted me and compensated me for the carfax loss. I am now satisfied with their service. More
Exceptional customer service and great communication! I came into communication with Scott Bibb initially on eBay with one of the vehicles his dealership had listed. Although I didn't buy that particular car, Scott was able to get me into a vehicle I was 100% comfortable with at the best possible price. I partially financed my vehicle and Scott and his team (Jason Stormer) was able to have the finance company use my credit score from another bureau to lower my APR by 2%. I traveled over 800 miles by plane to do business with Scott and Auto World USA Inc. Distance shouldn't be a factor when you can get 10/10 service through Scott and his dealership. I highly recommend doing business with these professionals. Ask for Scott Bibb for sure! -John More

Unexpectedly pleasant experience I found the vehicle and dealer through my insurance company's website. Alex was very helpful, patient and accommodating.
