DO NOT GO HERE! What a disgusting waste of my time. I cannot believe the service, or lack there of that I recieved here. My boyfriend and I are first time car buyers so you would think that the salesman might have taken that into consideration and perhaps actually answered our questions but instead said very little, said "He didn't know why..." this and that when we asked him things, was very curt and I think that was his attempt at being funny. As we have no credit, we knew that it would be difficult to get approved but came with $5,000 down and were still instantly denied after being told on the phone that it wouldn't be a problem at all. We had been there about 40 minutes waiting for someone to take our loan when the manager had come to offer us a 21.99% interest rate and said that his "financial department" had spent hours negotiating this deal. We hadn't even been there an hour yet. So he lied to us and acted like he was giving us an amazing deal when obviously that's outrageous. After several more hours of sitting and waiting while they did "stuff" we offered to just pay for the car outright and they didn't even seem to care. Today, the day after we tried to buy the car, they raised the price $1,000 after it has already been sitting for nearly 3 months. TL;DR the service sucks and they act like they are doing you some great favor while you're the one who is signing your life away. Avoid at all costs. More

I had my eye on a Subaru Wrx Sti for quite some time and when I saw one there from AutoTrader.com I decided to take a look. John was pretty new to the place, but was pleasant and did everything I needed to feel at home. Scott was the one taking care of financing at the time and he did a great job shopping around to find the payment and loan duration that I wanted.On initial purchase, there was an issue with the Strut mount and Bryce assured me they would take care of it. When I came in for service they had told me both were bad and Bryce went above and beyond to take care of both for me which makes me feel they really want you to leave happy with your purchase. I would highly recommend if you are in need of a vehicle, you need to stop in here. More

We drove there today and when we asked about the history of the vehicle, Matt showed us a carfax report dated October 14, 2014. Keep in mind my husband also asked Matt for details about the vehicle over the phone. Of course, everything was good. The carfax showed the vehicle had been in an accident in New York. So instead of being up front with us, Matt waited until we drove there to tell us the details. Shady operation - shady salespeople - shady management. More

WISH I WOULD HAVE EXPLORED OTHER OPTIONS! I brought the car up to the repair shop in less than 30 days, they fixed a couple problems noticed, then NOT EVEN 2 MONTHS LATER, Im bringing it back with MORE ISSUES, they supposedly fix them, and IM BACK IN 30 DAYS WITH MORE ISSUES! then they tell me they have fixed the brakes and whatever else, only to have the breaks go out on me on my way to work!!! They take the car back TWO WEEKS AGO, Picked it up SATURDAY NOVEMBER 22, 2014 AND NOW THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON AND THE CAR IS MISFIRING AND JERKING!!! I AM SO FED UP WITH THIS CAR AND IT HASNT EVEN BEEN A YEAR!!! I WANT A REPLACEMENT NOT A "REPAIR". I AM FIMILIAR WITH LEMON LAWS AND THIS IS STARTING TO REALLY xxxx ME OFF! Not TO MENTION: The finance people will literally call me 2-3 times out of the day while im in school on the day my payment is due!!! and God forbid anything happens where you have to make a partial payment.... SMH Good Luck to anyone who got suckered in here. Big Regrets. More
Bait and switch I stopped at North Coast back on 11/8. Was told I would need $1000 down. Returned two weeks later on 11/22 with $1000 for the down payment. The first vehicle they showed me was 2003 Ford Explorer with the exhaust wired up with a coat hanger. The second vehicle was a 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe with 114,000 miles. Unaware of the price of the Hyundai, I took if for a test drive and liked it. When it came time for financing I was told that my first three payments would be higher. When I asked why I was told that the down payment was really $2200. $1000 to drive off the lot and the remaining $1200 due in three months. This meant I would have over a $700 payment for the first three months, then drop down to four something a month. After asking numerous times I was told the purchase price of the vehicle is $10995!!! The book value is only $5300!!! Needless to say, I walked away from the "deal". Ended up at a Ford dealership on the Automile and purchased a 2013 Escape with $700 down and lower payments than North Coast wanted for an almost nine year old vehicle. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! More

I had pretty much gave up for the day but when I received a call from Troy Bradford a salesman at USA auto I was very happy I came to USA auto world. Great place to shop for a used car Alex was easy to work with. Wasn't too pushy, or intimidating . Things went very smoothly. I came a long way from Madison Ohio to buy this vehicle, so Alex made sure that I got the car that day to eliminate the hassle of running back and forth. All the other employees were courteous as well and were a pleasure to deal with. izzabella rosales,gary gerts and the finance manager (the Steelers fan). My only minor gripe would be that the car wasn't prepared. No gas on the test drive, the stickers were still in the window after I purchased it. But then again I showed up on a whim. Most of the cars on this lot are very recent model years. More

My situation was not your typical purchasing experience and Max Berkley and Jason Stormer had the patience and persistence to make it happen! I Purchased a vehicle that I was very happy with a BMWX5 and was called by Max about a Mercedes Benz that I had been looking for. I traded the BMWX5 in and purchased a Mercedes S550 and a Audi Q5. I was not happy with the Q5 after spending 10 hours at the dealership to make the purchases happen. I traded in the Q5 for a Mercedes ML350 and that was within one week of purchasing 2 vehicles. With much work to be done by Jason Stormer to make this happen and Max Berkley and to complete the deal with help from Bryce Suminguit and Scott Bibb it was successful! I am very Happy with my S550 and ML350 and look forward to years of enjoyment with these vehicles. I have referred many co-workers and family members to Max Berkley and Jason Stormer as they make things happen More
