I traveled more than 5 hours to buy the SUV that I wanted. Sometimes it was hard to get ahold of someone to talk to, but when I got there I realized they were a very busy auto dealer. There was a large number of cars on the lot. If you didn't know what you wanted, there was a large selection, and all of them at a great price. I dealt with Gene on the phone and Sammy in person. Both were very helpful and got me what I needed. Isabella did a great job getting all of the paperwork taken care of very fast, and was great person to talk with. Everyone was very nice. I recommend this dealership to anyone that wants to get a good vehicle at a great price! More

This was not shown on the pictures listed on the internet. However, they were more than willing to help me in getting the issue(s) fixed within the scope of the deal. My only gripe... the cost of the extended warranty through Superior Protection (Credit Acceptance) was outrageously high. I am very pleased with the vehicle. More

My problems started after I bought the car and went back home. After I got home, I realized I had left my garage door opener in the car I traded in. My salesman contacted me asking me how I liked the new car, I told him the car was great, and I asked him to mail me my garage door opener. He said he would, and he asked me to write a review on this site. It's been five months since I bought the car, and he's contacted me a few times since then asking me to write a review, but I still haven't received my opener. Had my experience been based solely on my time at the dealership, my rating would've been about average. But since they didn't care enough to send me my garage door opener, considering it was the only one I had, my rating for them is poor. I do not recommend dealing with them. More
