A very enjoyable buying experience for a change! My wife and I drove 2 hours last Saturday to help our daughter purchase her first car on her own. Alex Niazov met us at the door and was very polite and professional. He had the car we came to look at in 10 minutes a 2014 Ford Focus. My daughter loved the car so we proceded to purchase it. Alex was top notch salesman new his product well and gave us a good fair deal without the back and forth BS that I hate. He then sent car to be cleaned and detailed, he stayed with us throughout the process I said hey dont you need to grab another sale and he said not untill you drive away. An hour went buy and he was upset car was not back so he walked a quarter mile to their detail shop grabbed our new car drove it back so we could get on with our day I was impressed over all a vert good buying experience... Easiest Buying Experience Came in and got a great upfront price before I even took a test drive. Let me go for a spin, came back and they gave me a great offer for my trade in. Ended up not doing a trade, but decided to buy the SUV outright a day later. I didn't have to go back to the dealer, they simply faxed the PO to my credit union and I picked up the SUV the next day.
