You hear horror stories about car salesmen, but luckily, he didn't live up to that stereotype. I told him what I was looking for and he brought me exactly what I wanted the first time. Trip made Easy I was really just looking around but when I walked in Nick greeted me at the door. There wasn't any pressure buying and great understanding on how much I was willing to spend. Nick even surprised me by showing me a car (which I purchased) I haven't even seen but was everything I was looking for. Almost ready We flew into Clevelant expecting a car ready to go. The test drive revealed front end issues. We drove it to a shop and had a allignment, new wipers a We flew into Clevelant expecting a car ready to go. The test drive revealed front end issues. We drove it to a shop and had a allignment, new wipers and a trans leak fixed. Auto world did pick up the tab for this but it caused a 4 hour delay. Chip worked well with us trying to resolve the issues. Thanks Chip. We did make it home in a torential downpour with 2 badly worn front tires. I would say overall it was interesting. I might buy from them again when the time arrives. More
