We located a Ford Escape online that we wanted to look at and drove from the Canton Ohio area to check it out and purchase. 1. Devin M. was our salesman. He was awesome! He was professional, polite and knowledgeable, especially considering his short tenure so far with the company. All of the staff were kind and welcoming. We arrived on a Saturday 8/26/23. The dealership was extremely busy, but everyone did a fantastic job of multi tasking and taking care of all of the clients. 2. The Dealership is smaller than most. It was very clean and had ample seating for everyone that was being waited on. 3. Both of the vehicles we looked at were listed online and still on property when we arrived. The only reason for a 4 star and not a 5 star rating is that both of the vehicles were dirty when shown to us. The first vehicle we looked at had a horrible smell inside of it, so bad, we couldn't even get in it. The second, the one we purchased, had exploded food products in the center compartment in the back seat. The dealership was quick to get it all clean up for us. Overall a good experience. More
I have never felt this way after purchasing a vehicle. They don’t check cars before sold, the service, sales managers are horrible I’m not clear to how this a credible dealership selling vehicles that one They don’t check cars before sold, the service, sales managers are horrible I’m not clear to how this a credible dealership selling vehicles that one day after purchase the check engine light came on. Which I know they turned it off for the sale. Run in the other direction if possible. You can do buy here pay for better experience than this dealership 100% wouldn’t recommended them to anyone not my worst enemy. More
My wife and I came in early on a Sunday to see a couple of used cars we had seen online. We came at a good time, hardly anyone was in there. Gary our salesperson greeted us as we came in and asked us what of used cars we had seen online. We came at a good time, hardly anyone was in there. Sold us a used car that would not start the next morning! Wouldn’t return calls or emails. Rude on the phone when we could contact them! Wouldn’t even so much as apologize. Everything was going well initially. We agreed on a price, I spoke to an individual in finance, he asked what bank I'd be going through, I told him and he stated that he'd have the sales We agreed on a price, I spoke to an individual in finance, he asked what bank I'd be going through, I told him and he stated that he'd have the salesperson get in touch with me. The next day I reached out due to no response, inquiring about the next step at which time the my salesperson informed me that they didn't accept financing from a bank not affiliated with them. This was never mentioned to me beforehand and I was ready to buy. They lost a sale and I believe they didn't care due to current supply and demand, they knew someone would eventually buy it so it was no sweat off their back. Poor customer service in my opinion. More
