Horrrible horrible horrible Absolutely AWFUL! I decided to go here because they had the car I was looking for at a fair price. Here was my experience. Cane in was greated qui Absolutely AWFUL! I decided to go here because they had the car I was looking for at a fair price. Here was my experience. Cane in was greated quickly, test drove the car. Decided it was the one and informed them it would be dependent on the trade in value if my current car. They said the value would take 15 mins. An hour later I asked what's going on and they said it's done just waiting on paperwork. Another hour went by making it 2 hours wait. Finally I said I was done waiting and was going to leave. Finally they came out with an offer 1k below blue book even though the salesmen said they would give me bluebook. I was so tired of waiting I said whatever let's just do this deal. Ok, on to the new car paperwork. We waited another 2 hours and finally I said I'm leaving so give me my other car back. A manager came out and took us to the office, magically the paperwork was all done now. Signed everything got the car. I get in and gas is on E. estimated 3 miles left in the tank. Gas station, 4 miles away. Made it home, no spare tire. The next day they called me and informed me they messed up the paperwork and I had to come back. 45 min drive both ways, I came back. 6 weeks later my temp rages where set to expire and I'll still hadn't received the title. Called and they said it's been ready but they didn't have my phone number to call. I informed them how they had already called me when they messed up the paperwork and there is 3 phone numbers for me on the paperwork. They said it doesn't matter they don't have it now. Now I have to renew my temp tag because they forgot to mail the title. Literally never experienced such incompetence in my entire life. I suggest you avoid this place like the plague. They'll sell you a car on the cheap and then try and sell you a high interest loan. Go in prespproved and make sure you have the terms as the salesmen tried to hide them from me. In the end I was so tired of waiting that when I should've walked I didn't. I regret that and recommend nobody ever does any business with them. More

Lack of response after sale The transaction went smooth, but we asked before we picked up out new truck if it would be cleaned and it was not when we got there for pick up time. Emails to the salesman after the sale were never answered about an extra key. They only give you a ten dollar gas card, most places fill up your car before sending it home. Biggest pet peeve is the lack of response after the sale. Never was answered and it's been most thirty days and nothing has come in the mail so we can register it. More

Horrible 2 wks ago today I started calling about a vehicle they had advertised. First day I called I'm told it was in service center and would be back Monday or Tuesday and they would call me too look at it. So those days no call. Now 2 wks later and after 4 sales reps that refuse to call me back. Finally Stephanie calls the truck is back but it's sale pending. Really horrible service! I'll never recommend them. I can't even rate them a 1 star because they were no help at all !! More
