Not bad, could use some work. Tito was great! He is very down to earth and not pushy at all! I told him the car and options I wanted and he was able to pick out the perfect vehicle Tito was great! Tito seemed pretty overworked with quite a few clients at once (not his fault) and we kept having to be moved around from desk to desk. As someone who used to work in a dealership and now owns her own business, it felt very crammed and unprofessional. I also witnessed Tito ask for help from another employee and was completely blown off. The entire financing process was ridiculous and I felt like I was being walked all over in the beginning. After saying "No" about 10 times, finally the finance manager (Nick) came over and we were able to tell him what we were looking to be at and he made it happen. Wish that would've happened sooner, because I was about to walk out. We were there for about 5 hours. Another thing is that when I left with the car there was less than 1/8th of a tank of fuel. I had to stop to get fuel just to make it home. I must say this is the first time I have bought a vehicle and they haven't filled up the tank before you leave with it. Then lastly, when they were trying to take off the paper inside my window, they destroyed the window tint and didn't say anything. I now have to take it to get replaced, which is a little frustrating after just purchasing the car. These reasons put me at a 'maybe' whether I would recommend this dealership. I would recommend Tito no doubt, but the rest of the process was a drag. More

Great deal and great service! We got a great deal on a 2015 GMC Terrain SLT. It was $4000 below market value on car guru, which is why we chose to go to North Coast Auto Mall. It did have a large mark on one of the back seats and the engine light came on when we went to test drive it. They were able to get it to the GMC dealership and checked out the by the next day. Nothing was wrong, they just replaced the sensor. They gave us a call that day to let us know the car was ready. We had great customer service. The only thing we were disappointed by was finding smoker dust coming out of the vents after turning the air on higher. They must have covered up the smell well. More
