No customer service I purchased a Cadillac XLRV set up an appointment with a local Cadillac dealer to inspect it, they forgot to deliver it on the appointment day. Asked I purchased a Cadillac XLRV set up an appointment with a local Cadillac dealer to inspect it, they forgot to deliver it on the appointment day. Asked for Title many times took over 3 weeks and many calls. Asked to have the car shipped on March 31 this is April 7 and still not shipped. Many calls still the car has not been shipped. More

No help at all I reviewed all cars I was interested in before going to the dealership and set up an appointment to hopefully purchase a vehicle in cash. First a man I reviewed all cars I was interested in before going to the dealership and set up an appointment to hopefully purchase a vehicle in cash. First a man looked up my number and stated that I was already working with a certain sales associate when I never spoke to any sales associate prior. I didn't care much until he literally just asked what I type of car I wanted and showed me the same pics I looked over a hundred times online. He gave me no details or information about the cars. He literally just flipped the screen and said here you look. When I would ask questions he stated he didn't know and didn't even attempt to find out so I used his computer myself. He then got me two cars to test drive. The second one I was in love with but he stated that they don't go down on prices and maybe this is true for the whole dealership but right next to me there were others getting prices on cars lowered. I also asked for other cars similar to the one I liked but with a lower price and again it was me figuring it all out using his computer. He made me attempts to show me anything else. Worst car buying experience ever and I wasn't looking at cheap cars either as I was looking to buy an Audi or a Benz. More
