Horrible experience, was contacted by Oleg about my listing i had posted about selling my truck. Was given an offer by Oleg .On the way to the dealership yesterday i contacted Oleg vis text to verify t listing i had posted about selling my truck. Was given an offer by Oleg .On the way to the dealership yesterday i contacted Oleg vis text to verify the offer since i was driving 35 mins to go to the dealership. He told me as long as the vehicle checks out , “ the offer stands” . Once I arrived at the dealership I dealt with a salesman named Bub who had the vehicle inspected. He stated that my vehicle was “sick” meaning very nice. I was then greeted by another saleperson who stated he was the manager. He said my vehicle checked out “ very clean” and then proceeded to offer me an amount that was $5,000 less than what i was given by Oleg. Absolutely insulting and disrespectful since i was already given an offer and my vehicle did check out clean as Oleg stated wouldnrequire his offer to stand. Total bait and switch company. I worked at a new car dealership for a decade and would never ever conduct business in such a horrible way. Don’t recommend dealing the North Coast Auto Mall in Bedford . Spend your hard earned money someplace else More
Do not buy a Mitsubishi if it means you will ever deal with this service department. I was missing a part that was on back order, and it took a month for them to order a part they knew would take 2-6 mont with this service department. I was missing a part that was on back order, and it took a month for them to order a part they knew would take 2-6 months to arrive. I had to call every day for 2 weeks just to get them to email my insurance. They lied to me multiple times, once even saying my car was ready for pick up. But when I took the 1.5 hour bus to get there, they realized they called the wrong person & my part hadn't even been shipped yet. I asked for a copy of the papers I signed. But they said they were really busy and those papers were upstairs, so they couldn't get them. All of this on top of Mitsubishi's horrible supply chain issues meant that I did not have a usable car for 7+ months. More

Everyone was so nice my salesman Pedro was great he answered all my questions in a timely manner. I was able to get a vehicle that I thought in my head was out my price range. I love my new 2022 Mitsub answered all my questions in a timely manner. I was able to get a vehicle that I thought in my head was out my price range.
