Don't waste your time here. Really disappointed in the service I received today. I entered my information on the website and was immediately hounded by "Lia" the "Coordi here. Really disappointed in the service I received today. I entered my information on the website and was immediately hounded by "Lia" the "Coordinator" via phone and finally text at 8:00 at night. She sounded almost too excited for me to come in but I appreciated her enthusiasm and received a "pre approval" letter from Capital One. She told me to ask for Nick when I got to the Bedford location. My partner and I arrived and weren't greeted. We literally stood in the middle of the sales floor as people were being corralled around the room like cattle. I finally approached a nice young woman and asked for Nick. She told me he wasn't available and someone else whose less busy could help us. She sat us at a desk and eventually Travis came over to greet us. Travis was nice but way too busy. He told us to take the test drive ourselves because he was busy working with 3 other people but also trying to help us? He asked me how much I wanted for my trade. I explained I wanted around $4000 as I had just put all new Goodyear tires on the car and the suspension was brand new as well. When we arrived back from the test drive we didn't even get to discuss the pre approval..... He immediately said he could offer me $1000 for my 2011 Malibu and then said I think you will be better off selling this personally? He explained they could only offer $1000 for the car because they are "Wholesale direct." What does that even mean? The black book on my car according to cars.com is $2400-3100. I just received $1000 for my 2000 Malibu 2 years ago with 200k miles.... Needless to say I kindof laughed and sat there for a moment to see what else he would say or offer. He simply extended his hand and thanked us for coming in. Waste of my time and very unprofessional service/setting. Now I'm just waiting on my generic response from Mathew the "National Customer service manager" who is not even based in Ohio? And almost always replies to each complaint with the same response. Lol. ALSO please read the 1 star reviews on Google this place buys cars from out of state that are wrecked and then resells them here for "a great savings" aka a ripoff. Just skip this place save yourself the headache. More
