A great Sales Rep can make a great car buying experience We spent more than a month car shopping. My wife is handicapped, so ease of entry and exit were important, as well as, seating comfort. I was looking for driver assistance features for myself. After pouring through many Consumer Reports issues and checking out online articles, we had it narrowed down to "only" about a dozen makes, models, and body types. The only way to proceed was to actually go to dealership lots and try out cars for fit and function. We went to several, but we were being steered to cars that were too big, too small, expensive, or uncomfortable. Some of the Sales Reps were not very knowledgeable about their cars and features ("What is an HD radio?"). We went to North Coast Auto Mall and met Nick and things definitely got much better! Nick is very knowledgeable about all makes and models and their features... and was willing to work hard to meet our needs. His advice was always "spot on" and his recommendations proved to be the best. He helped us narrow our search down to either a Subaru Legacy sedan or a Hyundai Sonata sedan. When we spotted a cheap Legacy on the website, he suggested against it because he knew that it was a salvaged vehicle that may still have some problems. He found us a 2015 Sonata Limited that was at a great price and had most of the newest "bells and whistles". We just returned from several weeks of traveling out of town and instead of regretting the experience, we enjoyed the traveling. The driver assistance features were amazing and a big help. The navigation system was great and all of the maps were updated by the dealership. The ride was comfortable. The media system was fun. And, there was space for luggage, holiday gifts, and a wheelchair. Thanks, Nick, for helping us find the right car (and in my wife's color choice too). More
WASTE OF MY TIME AND GAS!! Let me start by saying I hate car dealerships! Ok I starred off my day 9am(ish) looking for an affordable suv. Knowing i hate dealerships i tried to reach someone via txt or email. After 5 internet sale people i landed on Brooke Kelly. After reading her reviews i figured why not. After an hour she convinced me to come in. I get there I wasn't greeted. Then when someone noticed me standing there. I was greeted after someone started to greet me buy guess they didnt want to deal with the black guy, as he chose to go to the door and another guy reluctantly greeted me..after about 5 mins with the gentleman i learn the car I drove 45mins to see isnt on the lot. So the gentleman hurries me out of his seat and invited me to go walk around the lot alone. After i walked around and located the vehicle on my phone i returned to the gentleman where he told me the lady i was talking to was there. After meeting Brooke and completing the application i waited 25 mins to find out i wasn't approved. And not for the vehicle i inquired about. She without my knowledge ran my credit thru for a vehicle $7000.00 more than the vehicle i came up there for. Then to find out the vehicle i came up there for went back to auction. So not only was my time wasted my credit was ran for a vehicle i never said I wanted. So thanks for wasting my time,gas and running my credit dropping the score a few points. Really friggin appreciate it. I will never NEVER do business here nor would i suggest this place to anyone. More
How I was treated on October 2018 I called the dealership and spoke to a lady. Came into the dealership and had to find a guy named Travis. He was awful. He didn’t show me the car, he didn’t show me numbers, anytime i had a question it was shrugged off. He promised a detail, but that never happened. Management was too busy on the phone with other people to ask anything. Didn’t know the car was in a accident until AFTER my credit application was sent in, and I signed. They sent my credit application to 7 banks, even though I came in with a pre-approval and said I wanted to go through this bank. I’d call the dealership days after because there were INSANE amount of mechanical damage to the car, that I had no idea about, they wouldn’t answer. The ONLY reason why I got the car from them was because it was the lowest mileage on the market at the moment. Don’t go. More

Very knowledgeable about cars and knew what I wanted when all I said was, I want "something up" lol. She put me in the perfect car. I love it and will be back for my next car. Wonderful place! More
Fantastic service. Long story short, I bought a car from this dealership one month ago. Just over a week ago it was totaled. I was devastated! After the accident we came back to Northcoast to check out their inventory again, and again I was surprised by the quality of service and care for their customers. They got me exactly what I asked for and into another new car the same day. More
