Great Service and Care I first visited North Coast Auto Credit in March of 2016. I had challenges when purchasing a vehicle but then i met Jeremy Haas who helped put me into a quality vehicle within my budget. I was extremely grateful for the help he had been able to give me. The payment process is easy and my life has been much less stressful as a result. Jeremy keeps in touch with me at least once a month to make sure I’m always getting the best service. Even when my credit situation turns around I will still continue to give Jeremy and North Coast Auto Credit my business because they were the ONLY ones willing to work with me when my situation seemed bleak. Unable to keep appointments Apperently unable to keep appointments. I was supposed to have an appointment to see a vehicle at 6:45 PM. The vehicle was supposed to be a 2014 Ford Apperently unable to keep appointments. I was supposed to have an appointment to see a vehicle at 6:45 PM. The vehicle was supposed to be a 2014 Ford Edge SEL. Upon my arrival not only was the vehicle not ready as they said it would be but it took 30 mins for it to be ready. Then they proceeded to bring me the standard Ford Edge instead of the SEL. By the time that they realized the mistake it was already 45 minutes behind the my scheduled appointment. The salesperson then went to get the proper vehicle but I left at 7:45 PM because of the apperent ineptitude of the scheduling person. You are going to have to do better than that to compete in car sales as you just missed this one because of poor customer service. More
