Will definitely be back! Really just wanted to say thank you to Art Wheatley for helping us find a reliable used car in a hurry! Came in to North Coast Auto Credit in need of a replacement vehicle ASAP and were put in contact with Art. Very personable and listened to what we were looking for. Went through the vehicles and initially we had our mind set on a van but came in the next day and wanted to check out one of the Passat's (they had many) Told him the price range we were looking for and how many miles max we would feel comfortable with. He ended up bringing out the exact car we would end up buying. Art was just very pleasant to deal with and did not try to upsell us or make us feel like less of a customer due to our not so great credit situation. On top of all that he saved us about 500 dollars when he noticed that a 4 year loan (instead of 5) would lower our interest rate.
