2 month IOU We bought 3 vehicles and refered friends who also purchased. The tires on my MKC were horrible condition and Kelsey addressed it. They “washed “ the tires before pick up. Two months later I’m still hydroplaning in my MKC and calling every week for these tires. Jake and Scott ( service managers ) never call me back each time they say we will get back to you. We loved our experience so well to buy 3 and refer friends and now we are disappointed and won’t recommend anymore. More
