Excellent customer service LeRoy took care of me and was amazing! He found me the perfect car and the price was 3,000 less than the dealership. Made to Feel Like an APPRECIATED Customer!! Well, before I went to North East Auto Credit, I went to another car lot (that shall remain nameless). Come to find out, not only did they NOT honor my terms, but they kept showing me a car that I had no interest in. My brother suggested that I try NEAC from working with them in the past and let me tell you, I was beyond impressed. Number one, they treated me like a PERSON. Secondly, Ron, Migel, and Tony made my husband and I feel right at home from the moment we walked in the door. When we test drove our car, we were HOOKED! Not only was it a beautiful car, but it is in great (perfect, really) condition with very, VERY low miles (lower miles than the other lot's offerings). I am hooked, from Tony working with me over the phone (which was so nice because I live in another county), to Migel working with us and giving sound advice, to Ron who was just so welcoming and working with us...I'm just going to say that if you want to do business with an honest, reliable, and just all around great team, NEAC is the lot for you.
