Adam goes above and beyond!! We were in the market for a used minivan. I have been to many dealerships over the past month and I saw a few possible cars at North East Auto credit. We were in the market for a used minivan. I have been to many dealerships over the past month and I saw a few possible cars at North East Auto credit. I left message on their website on Sunday evening and Adam texted me the next morning. We set up a test drive that day. I went in, met Adam and he was very professional but not pushy. We were working with a very limited budget but he worked with us and we went back and forth for a few days trying to work out details, payment, trade-ins etc... He even went above and beyond for me b/c I had two very old minivans with MANY miles that I was going to trade in for down payment. The value of both cars was pretty minimal but Adam got pictures of both my vans, posted them on an used auto website, in hopes someone would offer more money so we would have a larger down payment to make monthly payments easier. No one wanted them but the whole process from beginning to end was wonderful. We will definitely go to Adam again in future to buy a car from him. THANKS A MILLION ADAM!! More

We we got there, we were told it was sold the day before. Noticing that I was very disappointed, Adam Miller did EVERYTHING he could to help us out. This includes being very active on finding another car just like the one I was looking for. He kept in great contact throughout the week and personally looked the car over for us before we got there.
