We met Kelly who showed us all the SUVs that we wanted to see and as we were walking the lot we saw and Infiniti JX35 that hadn't even been inventoried in yet. We told her we wanted to test drive that one and she told us that she would make sure that it got pushed to the process got inspected and that it would be ready for a test drive on Friday. Kelly kept in touch for the three days to make sure that we knew everything was going well and that the car would be ready on Friday as promised. We showed up Friday did the test drive and fell in love with the Infiniti JX35. Kelly and Migel we're wonderful they answered all of our questions and made us feel like family. When my husband is ready to buy his next vehicle I know we'll be going back. So if you're looking for a used vehicle go and see Kelly and Migel they will take care of you. Great job! So I would like to start off by saying Adam did a wonderful job. With taking in both of my vehicles he was able to put me into a 2013 Nissan Sentra! W So I would like to start off by saying Adam did a wonderful job. With taking in both of my vehicles he was able to put me into a 2013 Nissan Sentra! With no money down I was able to get a really good price a month for the vehicle. I got the car in the day time so it was pretty bright outside and snow is covering the car, by the time I got home the snow had melted and then that's when I noticed a few things. So I sent the pictures to Adam and immediately he responded. He told me he was going to get in touch with service send them the pictures and they should be able to take care of it. I called service two days later and they pretty much told me how they have the parts but they needed to be painted. I feel like they all did the best they could and making sure that made the customer was happy so I hope I can in return give them like the best customer service comment. I think everybody up in that building deserves a 100% thanks. Thanks guys! More
