Kelsey was helpful but not pushy, competent and honest. Without a doubt, she's one of the better salespeople that I've dealt with. She definitely makes this dealership look good. Long wait to process paperwork but salesperson was great I went to pick up my car and the air conditioner didn't work. Within a few minutes they said I could back out of my deal due to the issue and pick out I went to pick up my car and the air conditioner didn't work.
