DO NOT BUY from the Brookpark Location. MIGEL RUVINOV is awful, unprofessional, rude and condescending. As a word of professional advice - REFRAIN from calling women "darling." I would NOT encourage anyone to purchase from this location. I bought my vehicle less than a month ago. There were a few paint chips and scuff on the bumper. I asked that the areas be repaired and was told they could be touched up. That was fine with me. I finally had an appointment scheduled days ago (8/2/24) which was cut short due to humidity and rain that day. However, the handle and bumper scuff in particular was "touched up" by work that looks like my 8 year old son did it. SEE PHOTOS!!! The other areas (chipped paint) were NOT repaired due to weather conditions. I have had difficulty getting the appointment rescheduled, left two voicemails on the service line I was transferred to, text my sales representative "Bub" and did not receive a response after sending him the photos and went in person. I showed Migel the areas of concern. Migel was argumentative and rude, although he kept saying "I'm not trying to be rude." He tried to tell me that the scuff could not be repaired and that they touched it up. He belligerently kept repeating that they touched it up, they touched it up. I ask that the paint be removed from the bumper and handle and I would take my business elsewhere. He then spouted off that I could give him his car back -- OK, PLEASE take it back. So I asked if I could just turn it in since it was under 30 days. When I called his bluff, suddenly I couldn't do it, OK! This is a second vehicle for me and if given the opportunity I would have gladly given it back and went elsewhere. He is disgustingly unprofessional. Do NOT patronize this establishment. I was promised (in writing) two oil changes and tires "at cost" -- I will likely never even use them because he was so unprofessional and distasteful I NEVER want to encounter him again. The picture of the door handle is today (8/6/24) AFTER MIGEL took his fingernail and started chipping away the poorly touched up white paint. What an *insert expletive here* Do yourselves a favor and just go to reputable and professional dealerships. It is unfortunate because I liked my salesman, but the general manager is disgusting. Never again. I will take the vehicle to another shop to get repaired properly. More
This place is a scam, James the sales person is not a good salesperson, Miguel there manager is a Phony,! When the first day to test drive a 18 Nissan armada and the transmission blew, James acted like he Shocked, like how you didn't know?, Called me back on an infinity said it was in goood shape so I purchased it took it home, a week latter took it to echeck fail, James said everything passed don't know why, the echeck person said it fail 3 other times before I purchased it, bad business Miguel said proudly he was echeck and he will fix everything mind you he is the Gm there. Got 2 30 day tags after that I called up there left messages for Miguel yet to receive a message, like literally 20 times no call back, kept bothering up to the last day of my 30 day tag and they said you 3000 dollar they will match, like what a joke, scam, please done buy from them, promise you will be disappointed! James still never called me back, he is there puppet and played along as long as he could. Miguel Gm is laughing in your face while he is taking your money. More

I bought cars here in 2017 and 2024. I will not return and would not recommend doing business here. They use extremely high pressure tactics to get you to sign, I had to say no to their I will not return and would not recommend doing business here. This is a red flag especially for other women buying cars on their own - they will not respect your choices. I now understand why they push the service package so hard - the check engine light came on my 2020 Trax less than 12 hours after buying the car. They are nice enough to you until you buy a car and then they speak to you like garbage (Ariel especially) after they have your business. The car also had a crack in the windshield that they made sure not to disclose, I didn’t see it because I test drove the car at night after waiting over an hour for the car to be pulled up. Ariel was extremely unprofessional, antagonizing, and argued with me about having the car detailed while it was at the dealership for service, even though I requested the detail in advance with my salesperson Darvin after they sold the car to me filthy on the outside and with stains on the interior. Absolute terrible experience all around. When I picked the car up after the windshield was replaced, they literally pretended that the car was detailed. They put down detail mats, yet all of the stains, dirt, and crumbs that were in the vehicle when I purchased it remained. I feel that this was intentional after my hostile interaction with Ariel. Do NOT do business here, you will regret it. More
