DONT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE! I got my car here two years ago , and ended up needing to get serviced through THE WARRANTY that I purchased through them! And guess what , my car stayed in the entire same spot for 40 days , and Arielle (the service manager) Who works under Miguel, stated that my car is going to get serviced and he communicated with my warranty company and that everything is ok ….well every week I try to get ahold of someone to give me updates and answers , no one would answer the phone. The phone would ring then they would forward me to voicemail. Finally get a hold of Arielle and gives me his cell stating he’s the one servicing my car…well we come by after I speak to my warranty company myself , Arielle hasn’t reached to them but once!! In the entire month my car was sitting in blizzards not even moved or checked! This is what I get for paying 4,000$ warranty from north coast auto mall….STAY AWAY! yet alone the front desk man , Christian who said to me “yeah sorry I can’t help you I’m the little person that works under little writing” …terrible , lazy men that just don’t want to do their job while they’re getting paid. a zoo is ran better than this dealership. Take your money to companies that are worth your time and money. North coast auto are FRAUDS! I will be telling everyone to never come here. More
I honestly can’t say enough good things about Milad Hanna at North Coast Mitsubishi - West Cleveland. From the second I walked in, they were super chill and didn’t make me feel like I was being “sold” a car at North Coast Mitsubishi - West Cleveland. From the second I walked in, they were super chill and didn’t make me feel like I was being “sold” a car (you know that awkward pushy vibe some salespeople give? None of that here). They really took the time to understand what I was looking for and somehow managed to make the whole process—dare I say it—fun? Milad Hanna knows his stuff, answered all my questions without sounding like a robot, and even pointed out a few things I wouldn’t have thought of on my own. What really sealed the deal for me was how they kept it real. No gimmicks, no hidden fees—just straight-up honesty. I asked in email (!!) How much is out-of-the-door price and got an answer in email( !) in about 5 minutes. You try it with other sales guys elsewhere! And even after I drove off the lot, they followed up to make sure everything was good. More
This dealership added addendum to my loan application which they refuse to remove. I was at the dealership for 5 hours with my girlfriend so , I guess there intent was to wear this 65 year old , visually which they refuse to remove. They succeeded and now I have 3000.00 of addendum’s I did not want and do not need. I recently moved from Florida were lemon laws protect Seniors but in Ohio it seems every man for himself. I plan to write my local representatives and seek to get seniors protections added to the laws in Ohio. Unfortunately until then I would tell everyone to avoid North Coast Mitsubishi, Cleveland Ohio. DO NOT BUY from the Brookpark Location. MIGEL RUVINOV is awful, unprofessional, rude and condescending. As a word of professional advice - REFRAIN from calling women "darling." I would NOT encourage anyone to purchase from this location. I bought my vehicle less than a month ago. There were a few paint chips and scuff on the bumper. I asked that the areas be repaired and was told they could be touched up. That was fine with me. I finally had an appointment scheduled days ago (8/2/24) which was cut short due to humidity and rain that day. However, the handle and bumper scuff in particular was "touched up" by work that looks like my 8 year old son did it. SEE PHOTOS!!! The other areas (chipped paint) were NOT repaired due to weather conditions. I have had difficulty getting the appointment rescheduled, left two voicemails on the service line I was transferred to, text my sales representative "Bub" and did not receive a response after sending him the photos and went in person. I showed Migel the areas of concern. Migel was argumentative and rude, although he kept saying "I'm not trying to be rude." He tried to tell me that the scuff could not be repaired and that they touched it up. He belligerently kept repeating that they touched it up, they touched it up. I ask that the paint be removed from the bumper and handle and I would take my business elsewhere. He then spouted off that I could give him his car back -- OK, PLEASE take it back. So I asked if I could just turn it in since it was under 30 days. When I called his bluff, suddenly I couldn't do it, OK! This is a second vehicle for me and if given the opportunity I would have gladly given it back and went elsewhere. He is disgustingly unprofessional. Do NOT patronize this establishment. I was promised (in writing) two oil changes and tires "at cost" -- I will likely never even use them because he was so unprofessional and distasteful I NEVER want to encounter him again. The picture of the door handle is today (8/6/24) AFTER MIGEL took his fingernail and started chipping away the poorly touched up white paint. What an *insert expletive here* Do yourselves a favor and just go to reputable and professional dealerships. It is unfortunate because I liked my salesman, but the general manager is disgusting. Never again. I will take the vehicle to another shop to get repaired properly. More
This place is a scam, James the sales person is not a good salesperson, Miguel there manager is a Phony,! When the first day to test drive a 18 Nissan armada and the transmission blew, James acted like he Shocked, like how you didn't know?, Called me back on an infinity said it was in goood shape so I purchased it took it home, a week latter took it to echeck fail, James said everything passed don't know why, the echeck person said it fail 3 other times before I purchased it, bad business Miguel said proudly he was echeck and he will fix everything mind you he is the Gm there. Got 2 30 day tags after that I called up there left messages for Miguel yet to receive a message, like literally 20 times no call back, kept bothering up to the last day of my 30 day tag and they said you 3000 dollar they will match, like what a joke, scam, please done buy from them, promise you will be disappointed! James still never called me back, he is there puppet and played along as long as he could. Miguel Gm is laughing in your face while he is taking your money. More
