The service department at north city Honda is disappointing. I have scheduled multiple appointments to have my oil changed only to be told I will have to wait two to three hours with an appointment, I have mentioned this to managers only to be told they do not have enough techs, other people have come in and asked for more services than their scheduled appointment and this causes a back up, there are other cars in front of you, none of these are my problem. I even had Mike Sporano the Service Manager tell me "you have to wait at the doctor that happens here too." Poor scheduling and schedule management North City Honda or the Doctor again not my problem. I have raised this issue to Honda and have not received a response as well. I bought Honda's because of their reputation for quality and customer service. As it stands right now Honda fails on customer service and time will tell if the quality is there.
