My wife and I were looking to replace my 1998 Honda Civic with 192000 miles on it. I have had the car for a long time and believe it or not I have not had any serious problems with it until now. Too many to mention, but I must admit that the car has been pretty good all these years. "Time to replace it" my wife told me.... so time to go the the dealer.... We had initiallay contacted Alex Sapiano (Internet Sales Mgr) regarding a predriven certified 2010 Honda Pilot with low mileage via email. After some back and forth contact with Alex, my wife and I had agreed to stop by the dealership to test drive and perhaps negotiate on the vehicle that Saturday. When that day came, to our surprise the vehicle was not there. We had arrived about 930am that morning and was told that the vehicle would not be there until 2pm. Not good for us since we had our 3 and 2 yr old with a sitter for only a couple of hours. We had a backup plan of visiting Mueller Honda in Highland Park for another predriven Honda Pilot we had seen and liked - until Alex ran the numbers just to see where we would stand with a new Honda Pilot. We thought to ourselves no way we could afford a new Pilot. However, given our good credit, the demo in their showroom with a few xtra miles and features, seemed to have our name on it. Alex, advised us to look it over, pointed out the goodies on the vehicle and test drive it. The truck was a tad bit over our budget however reasonable given the lower APR a new vehicle has over a predriven one. Actually, it was a better buy to consider the newer vehicle. My wife and I came prepared to walk away at anytime we felt uneasy about our car shopping experience. Well, I have to admit that was not the case here. Alex along with Dave and Fred made it happen, and here we are with our new 2011 Pilot. Our little ones now have more room to move, one sits on the 2nd row and the other on the 3rd. Perfect solution to sibling quarrels. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!! More
